A-M section
It is often speculated that Twilight Sparkle was Raven's true target instead of Celestia
No, Raven's only true target is Celestia. The thing is... she was growing more and more frustrated with all her failed attempts, and she began to become willing to do anything to get at Celestia; even hurt or kill anyone that attempted to stop her, like Twilight.
As for anyone else dying from the effects of her plans... well, they just got in the way.
and that Raven was working for Celesto the entire time.
That is ridiculous.
Celestia never knew Raven, or Celestia's history with her.
It all happened sometime after Nightmare Moon was sealed away, which meant Celesto was already on the other side of the galaxy establishing Unicornicopia and Starfleet, but he still never knew Raven.
This is due to Celesto ordering everyone, including members of Starfleet, to not fight Raven despite her targeting his own wife with the excuse that her strength is unknownnote and her plothole-riddled backstory explanation .
Raven had proven to be quite the sly one-- always avoiding detection, remaining out of sight, eluding capture or even being seen, and the fact she is able to sneak past security with slight ease (Not a whole lot)
She is unlike much that Celesto or Starfleet has seen.
He orders everyone not to engage with her out of fear that she is too much to handle like most villains.
Raven has 1000 years of Dragon-ball like training and mastered incredible levels of dark magic. Even Lightning, at current level of strength with his own Dragonball Factor, would only be able to stave her off, but not effectively beat her, and that goes for the other solders; cosndiering Twilight is weaker than Lightning is, even with her own Dragonball factor. (Her level is still lower)
Raven is not an ordinary Equestrian, she was once... but now she is a super-powered Demoncorn (Practically alien)
Same thing applies with Fratello. He was an Equestrian, but when he became a machine, just like Raven, he too is now equipped with the Dragonball Factor.
If Celesto had allowed his soldiers to just march off like that instead of giving his approval, he'd just be sending his fighters to a certain death.
Then, instead of hearing my hates yak about "He orders them to do nothing!" they would bitch "Nice leader, just sending his troops to death like a Nazi leader"
Either way, the hate will not stop, but at least by doing it my way I FELT satisfied, and at least Celesto tried to show care for his FRIENDS.
Then came VIII, which revealed that Celesto is aware of everything that occurs in United Equestria which only added fuel to the fire.
Not entirely everything. It's not like he has hidden cameras (Eyes) all over the kingdom, and like I said... Raven is a sly one.
-She can't be detected as easily
-She can't be caught on camera
-She can vanish the second someone gets so much a glimpse of her.
Which dates back to that pathetic attempt by my haters to bitch that "Starfleet isn't doing their job and looking for her."
How CAN they look for her?
-She leaves no trace
-They don't even know what she looks like
-They can't scan for her energy if they haven't got it in their data.
Relating back to Season 7:
Where are the Elements of Chaos-- They don't know. (They are hidden in an underground temple on the Moon)
...A search with no leads would be pointless.
So, No... Raven isn't working for Celesto. He does not know of her...
...and as for Twilight getting killed... that's all ME baby.
Killed her out of spite, (I hate her) and killed her to forward the plot the way I WANTED it.
Even if Twilight had survived and made it back... she'd be busted, and even CELESTIA would agree to it. (that includes the REAL Celestia as people put it) When she says "No" she means "No"
Sometimes, it's NOT okay to disobey direct orders,
and sometimes it's NOT okay to foolishly rush into battle when you are hopelessly under-equipped.
Going after Raven is ONE of those Sometimes. Twilight had no right to defy orders and chase her down, especially seeing as she never had a chance to beat her.
Good intentions mean nothing without good results from them.
Besides, I'd still make Twilight die no matter what anyone does. I hate her.
