To end off the fifties, I'm sharing with you a song that is like a unique time capsule of the period. One that is both a product of the times with its signature guitar to the singer - and yet, somehow is timeless that we still play it every December.

So that was my first fanfic. I'm happy with the result. It got more attention than expected and was even featured for a few days. Returned home after a great trip, two days of sunshine out of about six with rain and fog. Apparently the god Manann protects the island from invaders with fog and rain so he may have taken umbridge to my prescence.

Otherwise, got to see Douglas and Peel as well as the Isle of Mann museum. The wedding was great, as it was in glorious sunshine and the reception was awesome.
