Come 2 A.M., we might goin' on a wild ride. It's not even here and the power wants to go out already.

Long story short is that, while driving home from work last night, I lost control of my vehicle, did a 540 degree spin, travelled backwards for a few hundred feet, scraping up against guardwire/guardrail the whole time, before coming to a gentle rest in the median.
Rain, rain, go away,
Come back another day,
Words spoken mostly by the English. We've been getting it a lot lately, and towns and villages around the country have succumbed to flooding. I'm all for enjoying the rain, but there is such thing as too much rain. Still, I prefer it over sun. Give me rain / snow any day of the year, but, please, Mr Rain Cloud, learn some restraint. Don't make me come up there, mister!
So I've been thinking a lot about this particular topic. I happen to study (Marine) Environmental Science, and clearly weather and climate plays a decent part in shaping the environment.
So what of Equestria's weather? Today's discussion is:
Equestrian Weather and How It Differs From Ours. Because There is a Huge Difference
And break!
So, decided to go out and see how much damage was caused by those high waters. I went out about three hours after those first pictures were taken, after the water had started to recede. First, here's the water near it's high point, abut an hour after the first pictures.
Hi everypony.
I'm sorry for the yesterday's blog, don't worry, I won't stop writing aascar.
I hope the followers aren't mad.
[*silence*]
I'm wearing one of my shortest dresses today and it's still so so so hot!
I know it's better than rain and stuff, but my special friend wants to hang out today (again), and I just want to drink lemonade and sleep all day!
How is life going guys?
I was dizzy this morning and started planning out a new fanfic that had been loitering in the back of my mind. I already know the perfect way to begin this one. here's the opening sentence:
It was a dark and stormy night.
As I doodle notes and bits for various projects under construction, I am inspired by the strangest things. It's raining outside. Admittedly it's three days after Christmas, and it's Kansas, so we're used to strange weather, but it made me write a little on Substitute Librarian, and I thought I'd share some of the wet and chill. Enjoy below the break.
The distinctive visible swirls on the clouds of Equestria aren't just an artifact of cartoon resolution: they're a product of cloud manufacturing, imprinted on pegasus-industrially-made clouds by the mighty cyclone turbines of the Cloudsdale Weather Corporation.
so as it turns out the weather in new Hampshire is really foggy...............
so the plane is delayed an hour.
Today I have two stories. Yes, only two stories. Did you know these take a very long time to write? I'm not sure how Titanium Dragon does it, but yikes. Anyway, what to promote.
*Read this blog by me - It refers to a contest which I want to participate in, but probably won't. Might just write something like that anyway, but we'll see.
Let that sink in for a moment.
London only gets an average of 23.7 inches (602mm) of precipitation per year.
That's the same amount of precipitation as San Francisco (23.7" or 601mm per year), and less than half the annual precipitation of New York City (49.9" or 1268mm per yr).
I got up early this morning to go to the store before my mom had to go to work. I get home, grab the groceries, and start walking to my house when all of the sudden I feel really tingly. Before my sleep deprived brain realizes it's because there is an electrical charge in the air, lightning strikes the ground right next to my neighbors garage just ten feet away from me.
Hey hey hey folks! I'm back again with another translation. This time it's the Chinese translation of Weather Worker's Song!
As I understand it, this was a group effort by some wonderful fans of mine, and I don't have all the names of who participated.
You can find it here!
Wind... nothing but heavy wind... for multiple days of the past few weeks...
Hey everyone, just thought I'd let you all know what's been happening where I live. Well, as you could probably guess from the title of the post, it's been extremely windy. We've had some back-to-back windstorms for the past few weeks, and they always seems to happen during my "weekends" (Tuesday-Thursday) from work.
