Quick Overview of Pegasus History in North Amareica · 7:47am Feb 21st, 2016

I have the following stages outlined.

(1) Raiding: Pegasi raid the Earth Ponies for food and other moveable goods. At this point, the Pegasi regard the other Kinds as subponies. Here the only influence would come from slaves, and for physical reasons the Pegasi could only use Earth Pony slaves in their ground settlements (probably located in places accessible only by flight).

FMF 31: 22 September 2017 · 4:57am Sep 24th, 2017

Hey guys, and welcome back to another Fandom Music Friday. Although FimFiction is unblocked on my campus, YouTube is not. I cannot foresee this being overturned since I don't own content on YouTube and therefore can't leverage Title 17 against the college like last time. Sadly, that means that my ability to go out and find new music is severely limited. Not to worry; my friendly neighborhood Panera is there to act as a home away from my home away from home.

Are the Pegasi the best warriors? · 8:10am Feb 6th, 2021

Okay, really the alicorns are the best kind of warriors. Their major weakness however is their lack of numbers. Unicorns weakness would be the lack of proficiency in combat magic of the overall population.

Earth ponies while strong, but have a severe lack of mobility issues when compared to Pegasi.

Pegasi can perform lightning strike raids, and flyaway if things get hairy. I could imagine them as saboteur raider units.

Pegasus Lightning Strikes: How to Design a Pony to Withstand Extreme Electricity · 10:01pm Jun 24th, 2017

My day job at the moment involves running computer models of electrical pulses through the readout of a CERN particle detector, testing whether all the megabits produced every second in the layers of silicon will be successfully routed to the data servers without bouncing off circuit board connections, or getting lost along over-etched copper tracks.

Pegasi according to HapHazred · 9:11pm Aug 29th, 2015

Well, I've just published the first half of my latest story, which is predictably AppleDash. Given that nearly half of what I've written is AppleDash, this probably comes as a surprise to nobody. The story can be found here:

The Imperial Derechian Guard Corps and the Crystal Pegasi · 5:25am Jan 5th, 2017

In the year 1436 BTH, some 1936 years before Twilight Sparkle rescued Princess Luna from her Nightmare, and three decades before the Migration of the Three Tribes had even begun, there was a regiment of Pegasus mercenaries in service to the Crystal Republic as foederati (allied auxiliary troops under their own leader and laws). This was in the Twilight of the Old Republic, which was to harden into Empire under the impact of the catastrophic climate change brought by the Windigoes.

Pegasi sub-races · 5:21pm Aug 30th, 2015

Do you think all Pegasi have the same wing type (e.g. Pegasus wings), or are there different sub-types of wings like there are with birds (e.g. owl, hummingbird, sea-fowl, birds of prey, etc.)?

Cloud walking · 4:04pm Aug 6th, 2015

its been shown that Pegasi can walk on clouds, and that some buildings and spells can also be in the sky. However, I've also noticed that balloons easily land on the clouds. And they do truly land. It seems like any other material might just pass through... What if you made that balloon material into shoes for non flying races? Just a thought.

Let's see who's staying, who's leaving, who's joining, who's moving up, and who's moving down. There weren't that many pegasi introduced this season though, at least in terms of memorable ones.

Pliny on Pegasus Ponies · 5:45pm Nov 11th, 2015

Pliny the Elder (Gaius Plinius Secundus, 23-79AD): Roman military commander of the equestrian class, writer and naturalist. Author of the ten volume Natural History documenting the animals, vegetables and minerals of the ancient world. Tragically he got a little too close to his subject matter and was killed during the eruption of Mount Vesuvius.

Promotional Materials · 11:01am Oct 9th, 2021

But not for me!

My brother finally managed to get one of his ideas down on (digital) paper; I helped with the editing, but now that he's gotten approval I figured I should help with promotion. It's a short and silly little one-off built around cultural assumptions and misunderstandings.

And playing chicken with pegasi.

Warning: Cringy self-humiliation ahead!

Pegasi: High but gravelly voice
Unicorns: Intellectual sounding voice, be they dumb or not
Earth: More down to earth voices

Anypony else realize this?
