Today marks two years that I've been on FIMfiction and a very fun two years they've been. I don't know what much else to say other than the fact that I'm glad to be where I am right now and happy that you enjoy reading the result of me mindlessly pounding my keyboard. It fills me with happy. 
I just realized this is also the first blog post I've had of the new year also, so that's a thing.

Hey everyone! It has been a while since I posted anything on here. The reason for that is I got tired of working on this Fimverse thing I was trying to build, plus working on another universe outside of this site was taxing as well. I ended up kinda abandoning this site, only ever checking in every once and again. I didn't have the drive to write anything set in my universes. After watching Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 however, I got that urge to write and create something as beautiful
Wait, what am I celebrating? In two years I never once got a feature. But oh well. Anyway it's been two years since I first became a member of this site and in through my stories have been hit and miss, I still had fun. I really have enjoyed these two years here and hope to have more fun in the years to come..... Okay, I feel old.

Yes, as I said before I have been trying to finish a story in time for the holidays. It will be a multi-chapter thing and I have already created a release schedule for it. I am planning 14 chapters, and 5 1/2 of them are already complete. I will be working on chapters 6-14 while I post the other chapters on the schedule. For many of you long time readers, this is my first actual story upload in a long time, and probably the only story that I have made that I am sticking to a concise schedule.
After consulting my friends and someone actually commenting on the blog post, the choice have been narrowed down to two possible names. The winning name will be used in the next chapter of ‘When Worlds Collide: The Equestrian War’ but the other name will still be used in future chapters.
The names are:
1. Kita
2. Terra

Fillies and Gentlecolts, I am happy to announce that the Chapter One rewrite will soon be completed, not only doubling the wordcount, but adding a lot more depth to the inciting events of the story. In fact, the chapter has changed so much--namely in the removal of the older sisters framing device--that it is being renamed from "A Story Two-thousand Years in the Making" to "A Wizard's Duty"!
I have just released a major update to Chapter Two of The Tale of Two Sisters. I wouldn't announce a typical change, but this has been a significant addition. To aid the flow of the story and create a more fulfilling arc per-chapter, I have divided a significant portion of the unreleased Chapter Three to append Chapter Two with over 1,300 words, making the chapter over a third longer. I apologize that it took so long to get this written and published. It's kind of a marathon of a chapter - both to write and to read. It's probably not my best work, I'll admit, but some important groundwork gets laid for future chapters. (And there's a whole lot of ship teasing going on.
