Fimfiction should add more character tags because doing so would encourage people to write about more characters, I think. Also it would make stories starring newer characters easier to find.

It's been...well, a whole week since I posted anything, so I thought it time to say hello again. I've been buried in commissions in order to pay for Bronycon. I was actually thinking of trying for Trotcon as well, but I dunno. I'm not a big fan of going to cons alone, and I'm not sure who I could talk into taking the trip with me. It's tough enough just getting the time to do anything when you've got fillies in the house!
I'm not done following people, but the site made me stop at 99. Now what?

Just a little check-in and updates post. First off, I'm afraid the commission I promised in my entry from two weeks ago, that's full of caretaking and is similar to Of Cornstarch and Cucumber, isn't going to happen. There were some difficulties with the manuscript that resulted in a mutual decision that the patron confer with their associates and possibly re-hash the idea later on.
Someone made this reasonable request in the official fimfiction.net discord server, #site-help-and-dev channel.

Stop me if you've heard this one before. A race of beings that feed on a metaphor for life energy live among their prey unnoticed by most. Over time these beings have amassed a sizable following of people that consider them to just be misunderstood rather than monsters. Naturally what follows are people creating new representations of said being as the protagonist. The occasional one will even portray their prey as 'the true monsters all along', or at least as possibly the worst of the two.
