So, mostly this is to tell you that I am typing away busily on the endlessly-delayed next chapter of Friendship is Sufficiently Advanced, Which as Celestia is my witness, I will post in 2017.
As the title suggests, I've had a lot of uncertainty in my life and thus, has affected my writing. *Gulp* Yeah, many of you probably think these stories are dead due to neglect and I will soon get Story Protective Services called on me.
Besides my jesting, a lot has been happening and a greater deal has not been happening in my life to sum it up.
I'm envisioning this chapter being the BIGGEST out of the bunch. No matter what, there's just so much to cover with this one that it requires just that many words.

I think it's important to say this, I am working on my stories, all of my stories. None of them are dead, and trust me I understand how annoying it can be to wait for a new chapter of a story you like. 
I am still keeping my promise, none of my stories will be canceled unless there is a massive dislike ratio and a storm of negative comments. 
So I have....uhh....written only like three paragraphs....
Yeah, I've been lazy with this. I didn't think writing a multi-chaptered story would be hard. (probably just hard for me.)
I do want you to know that I do not plan on cancelling/abandoning the story, I am still motivated to see it to the end.

As promised, a new story based somewhat on the one I've canceled. This will prove to be quite a bit longer than I'd expected to attempt so soon but as I've strictly limited the number of characters I'm employing down to a more manageable level and settled on far fewer plot points than Foolers, I feel confident in my ability to keep the story from creeping.
Wow 12 years since I joined, huh... Meh.
Anywho, Kung Fu Panda 3 is pretty bad. The 1st 2 were masterpieces. The 2008 one focused on a goofy neophyte outsider who proved he could be as good just as the masters if he accepted himself. Pretty standard self-love value that has been used a lot before and since, but there's nothing wrong with that and it did everything well.
This is my work in progress. I was inspired by a story called Lyres Gambit and other Lyra is a weird pone stories. Also, hundred's of stories I have read over the year's.

So, I've been hinting at this already, but I HAVE been working on a chapter for "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children". It's been taking quite a while, due to a lot of procrastinating on my part.
So I figured that it was about time that I said something about what's going on in my life that's causing me to appear to not be doing much. So, here's the full list, in no particular order, of what I've been up to recently:

It was brought to my attention by amiamera that Tartarus Forged is becoming one of those slow paced stories. Not by update, but by progression of events. I mean, we're still on the second episode nineteen chapters in! What the heck? I'm kind of embarrassed that this never occurred to me until now.

I know it was only a week, but honestly, it felt much longer. Funny how time works like that. It feels like forever since I've worked on a Being a Better Writer post, but at the same time, it feels like just yesterday I finished editing Colony ...
Time does weird things. And moves in odd ways. Speaking of which, that's probably a good topic for another BaBW post: Time. That one's on the list now.
Hi all, this is like my first ever blog post so fun times! 
Just a quick update, since I've been so quiet this week. The reason is simple: Shadow of an Empire is in its final three chapters. Which is a fancy way of saying I've got two more chapters to write after I finish the current one, plus maybe a final bit of closure, and then the alpha 1 of Shadow will be done!
So you're aware and I don't get another message asking me "WHAT U DO NEXT< WEN DONE?" (I'm not even kidding.) I'm going to give you a glimpse of what's on my plate:
-Gynecologist Anon: 60% done (Done by monday maybe? Or sooner?)
-Vinyl Scratch sillyness: 10% done
-When You Least Expect It follow up story: 10% done
-Colab with Priest: 5% done
-More LWTSIW: Well...I have an idea, does that count?
-I Thought She Knew: I might work on it someday if anyone cares
There seems to be a lot of people out there who don't like our newest addition to the mane cast, Starlight Glimmer, and I'm not entirely sure why...
I can hazard a guess that it's because she managed to go tow to toe with our beloved Alicorn Twilight, leading some to believe that she is in some way more powerful than she is, or at least was. Maybe that doesn't sit right with their image of Twilight, I don't know, like I say it's only a guess.
Rawr, I'm agin it! >:V Down with progress, we need more egress!
