Aaaaaaaaahohmygoodness, what a delightful surprise that showed up for me today! =D Someone did a reading of my story "Luna's Throne!" Thanks, TheArchitect, I am deeply flattered! ^^ It's been really awesome to see people enjoying my little fan theory drabble. Here's the video in case anyone here wants to take a listen!
(One minor correction is that I am actually a girl, but eh, I don't hold it against him. ^^)
My good friend the dobermans recently interviewed fellow author TheDizzyDan, and he asked me to share it with you all. This time, the interview was done through audio rather than a simple text exchange, appropriately since he specializes in audio readings.
Below is the interview itself, prefaced with a blurb by the dobermans. Enjoy!
Text for reference:
My, it’s certainly been awhile since I gave you all an update. About three months or so, going off my last blogpost, and Hand in Hoof hasn’t been updated in months. I suppose after that length of time has past, I might as well give you an answer.
I trust you all are reasonable, sane, intelligent individuals here, so this probably isn't meant for your receipt, but I feel I must vent this.
I've adapted a very special story written especially for me as a gift from my favourite Batman fanfic author, Allaine! He ventured outside his comfort zone to write about ponies, bronies and fandom and I think he did a great job.
Two today because I'm a dunce who forgot last week's.

Works on FimFiction I've Proofread/Edited for (From most recent to first)
My good friend TheDizzyDan did a reading of my story "Hope", in which poor Princess Celestia goes through a rather unpleasant experience, to say the least. I've embedded the reading below. If you want a bit of music to go with it, play this in the background: (link)
I don't usually do this, but given that this is a special project that has taken nearly three years since inception, I shall be concurrently releasing a fic here on Fimfiction and a full cast reading of it over on my YouTube this Friday. Here is the trailer to give a flavour of what is in store.
Just thought I'd get some things off my chest here.

HOLY SH-
I am absurdly happy and astounded by Tone Shift's AR talent; he turned a decently good fic into a masterpiece of atmosphere that honestly feels like it was written by somebody leagues above me.
You can find the reading right here! DO IT IMMEDIATELY
Remember that little song from Chapter 6 of What They Expect to Give? The one Rainbow wrote for Lightning Dust? I've made an effort at bringing it to life. I tweaked the lyrics a little. After much tinkering and a few recording attempts, I've finally got something that manages bootleg quality. My one caveat is that this wasn't exactly how I envisioned the song when I first wrote it. I imagined more of a rock ballad. But since I can only play the ukulele, I tried to play to that
Hello, yes, this is my incredibly overdue follow-up of Mortem: the last Necromancer. Now, before you ask, I have a good reason for taking so long. I was making sure that it actually happened and I just didn't dream it, because of my god guys I don't even know where to begin with this.
I come with an audio reading of The Unfortunate Stabbing of Nurse Redheart by . This story has some of the most harrowing injury descriptions I've read, so beware if you're highly squeamish, but the tone is genuine.
Hey out there, my dear readers!
Just thought some of you might be interested to know about a project I'm working on, along a few other friends on here: We are attempting to adapt my Tears of Gaia story into a full on audio-play! Right now we're still in the writing stage, adapting the story into a script format for the voice actors, as well as working on artwork for the videos. Which is where all of you come in!
