Having an issue with Google Drive, which is where I write all my stories. Probably a stupid choice of a writing program but when my only other choice is an automatic word pad that's just not at all pleasing to look at or write on, I'm going with what I've got. i've mentioned it before, but the gap between now and Nightmare Night is killing me, its all original story that i haven't been carefully planning for years now (save for one scene) and i can't help but feel insecure about it.

i still have a couple of crucial scenes to write on the latest chapter of Family Tree, and it's already at over 8,000 words. i know that's not all that long in retrospect, but the average FT chapter is usually around 5k so it feels very wordy to me.
