Lieutenant Strong is a member of the Celestial Royal Guard. He's been happy with his services to the princess, but he greatly enjoys visiting his friend in Ponyville. His enjoyment of performing his duties for the royal guard, however, may come to an end when he is sent to protect the Crystal Empire from an enemy they know very little about. Will he be able to keep his promise to his friend, or will his last moments be on the battlefield?

The Empire lies broken and diminished, struggling under the heavy yoke of the supremacist Thalmor. The northern province of Skyrim, from whence the founders of the Empire hail, is torn by civil war, as brother fights brother and the Thalmor watch with glee. In these times of chaos, a forgotten threat returns, bearing with it the promise of the end of all things. The world is irrevocably doomed. Sort of.

“Do you remember the day we first met?”

Celestia has been having recurring dreams; dreams that she wishes would go away. But they won't, they only increase in their frequency. One night, she gives in and visits that statue in the royal garden. The statue that haunts her sleep. The statue of her one true love, the statue that she made. That night, under the statue, she remembers the day they first met.

Princess Celestia always knew that Twilight Sparkle was destined for great things, but she never revealed the source of that knowledge, not even to those closest to her. When the day of Twilight's true destiny finally arrives, can Celestia fulfill an ancient promise to save Equestia's past, present, and future, even it means saying goodbye to Twilight forever? How can Celestia refuse her mother's last wish?

A large roman force has pushed the Gauls of a small Gaulish village to create a new potion that will hopefully be the hope they need to save their home. A small Gaulish man and his friend test the potion, and find it doesn't give the hope they had intended.
