Derpy Hooves is a mare with a dark past, as such she has never allowed any pony, save her sister Dinky
Doo to bond with her.

But what is she to do when a shivering, left with nowhere else to go Doctor Whooves appears at her doorstep?

She has allowed him to stay with her and her sister for four days during a harsh, bad downpour in Ponyville. But her heart and words are colder then any rain and makes the Doctor very wary towards her, can he help her find love...would it be worth it in the end to even try?

Spending precious time with your family and friends around the holidays is something most of us enjoy, and so do Derpy and Dinky Hooves. It's just that their family structure is a little more complicated than usual. This story is about the two celebrating their vacation with the mailponies of Ponyville (and surrounding areas).

Derpy Hooves returns home one rainy and stormy night. She's on her way back home, to bask by the fireplace, and be surrounded by the ponies who matter to her in her life.

Dinky spent the whole day without her mom.

Doctor Whooves and Ditzy Doo go on an adventure! But some catastrophic events unfold...

Ditzy awakes after an evening out at one of Pinkie's parties. Her vague memories of the previous night were brushed to the back of her mind, but just as she was about to start getting ready for her day, a surprising arrival causes her day to take a turn for the unexpected.

This is my first published fanfic, so if anyone has any helpful criticism then feel free to send a message my way on how I can improve things!

A short scene where Derpy and the Doctor are in the TARDIS discussing Hearth's Warming. The Doctor decides to do something special for her and takes her back to her favourite Hearth's Warming, many moons ago.

All throughout her life, Derpy has been looked down upon. Nopony at her work thinks she will ever amount to anything because she can never do anything right. One night, after messing up once again at the weather factory, Derpy goes home and starts to cry. With nopony to talk to, she decides to go to her one companion who has always given her comfort: her bed. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to her, somepony is quickly approaching to aid her through this tough time. A pony with an unknown name.

This story is inspired by a meme I saw on Facebook where the Doctor (Matt Smith) visits Tony Stark as a baby and tells him of all the wonderful things he will accomplish in his life.
