Sunset Shimmer decides to treat Rarity with gifts. But Rarity has different plans

A fanfiction about Button Mash and Sweetie Belle, about their love, their friendship and their happiness and how it began to bloom with a single moment. This is my first fanfic so construcive criticism would be great! I'll put in some Rumble x Scootaloo and Spike x Applebloom. (Sorry Applebloom x Pipsqueak shippers). Something is up with her, but what? After an accident at her old town she is transferred to Canterlot. Set in a world where Fluttershy never went to Canterlot High and the battle of the bands have finished.

Twilight Sparkle has ascended to alicornhood and been crowned as the Solarian Empire's fourth alicorn princess. Her friends and family have welcomed this change with open arms. However, not every citizen feels this way.
Twilight Sparkle, having been elevated to a very high spot in Imperial politics in a short amount of time, now faces new enemies, both in the nobility and amongst the average citizens.
When an assassination attempt on Twilight Sparkle fails during her Coronation Banquet, how will the Empire react to this?
The most important question is this: How far will Twilight's friends and family go to save her from a terrible fate?

This story is divided into three parts, or acts. Act Two is divided into two parts:

Act Three: Any Means Necessary

Note: The events of Seasons 1-5 happen in an entirely different order in this timeline, with some never even occurring.

Octavia's bored. Very bored. Excruciatingly bored. So bored that she is bored of coming up with adjectives to describe how bored she is. The best cellist ever shares a house with Equestria's best and most famous DJ. Octavia would not be bored if either she or the cello, Grey, were here. Grey was broken after the Royal wedding changeling attack, and the shop was taking much too long. Life lesson here.

After Sunset get's a Message from Rarity. Fluttershy becomes upset and runs as far as she could. Not able to accept reality.
