I don't currently have any stories in the works although I do have one or two ideas that aren't sufficiently developed yet. So I will throw open the suggestion box. Is there anything that you might like to see done in my style of writing that you think might appeal to me? Are there universes that Mark Wells hasn't visited yet that you'd like to see? Let me know! I may or may not write about it, but it can't hurt to ask.

I've quite enjoyed your various stories about humans stumbling into Equestria, often becoming a pony. So many approaches to explore!

Chakats or BOLOS. Tough choice?
I think it could be interesting for them to stumble upon the optimalverse, or visit Georg’s Traveling Tutor universe to meet Green Grass!
I personally are all for continuation of Cosmic Lotus and other chakaty crossovers. But Green-Grassy-verse is a good point too : )
Or getting into TCB's Equestrian end in a middle of humanitarian catastrophe.
Toss in my vote for the Cosmic Lotus-verse. Also, how about Mark Wells come across Machspeed in the 'Safe Landings' universe?

Crossover with the Changing Expectations universe by KKSlider or Accepting Change by Dr fraud
Not full-blown story, but a few chapters about different universes meeting. I can think of many possibilities.
Okay, I realize this is a major stretch, but one setting immediately comes to mind, so I'll mention it just for fun...
Remember Chris Meadows who wrote a few Chakat Universe stories? Well, he was one of the core authors of a shared setting called FreeRIDErs, which can be found at shifti.org. It's a futuristic, space-faring, mecha-filled, anime-inspired setting, overflowing with pop-culture references, with heavy doses of furry, artificial intelligence, furry and TG transformations, and even the merging of humans with AI. Sounds crazy, but it worked! And honestly, I think the crossover potential is huge.
The stories contain the odd Chakat-verse reference, and some more extensive MLP references. It took a while for the setting to really get fleshed out, but it quickly became one of my favorites. Highly recommended reading for anyone who is into this kind of thing. Here is the setting overview, and here are the stories in publication order (the preferred reading order) if anyone is interested.
On a sad note, and as a caution to potential readers, know that Chris (screen name Robotech_Master) was tragically killed in a bike accident a couple years ago, and it is unclear if the other authors ever plan to continue without him. It is highly likely that many of the currently-running threads will never be resolved, but in my opinion the setting is well worth diving in to anyway, like so many unfinished fics on this site!
Love all you write personal I would like to see more on cosmic lotus or house Path but not too sure where you'd go with it. What ever you decide I know it will be a good read.
Some more shenanigans involving Chrysalis? Always loved your portrayal of her.
Perhaps Dash finally getting her hooves on that rocket Mark promised her after his almost-space trip? I'm sure nothing could go wrong there.

Maybe one of those portals goes to Pern? Or maybe the Keith Laumer's BOLO verse. One of each...
Or maybe an alternate version of Farmer Bruener Has Some Ponies. That could create some all new chaos. Besides, recursive fanfics are fun to dream up.
Harry Potter? What would HP look like if Harry received some proper magical instruction before he ever received his Hogwarts letter. Maybe he even gets to read all 7 books and watch all 8 movies before getting his Letter.
Portals to alternate dimensions can be fun. Especially if you can create them yourself.

I am for something similar. Maybe where one of Twighlight and Destined's combined experiments of a new portal door sends a group back in time to ancient earth to create the mythology we know today.

Someone used that picture for the basis of their 3D model rendering in the youTube video Relative sizes of fictional SciFi vehicles. Given the various other designs seen on the covers of books and on fan sites, This is the one that actually looks like its going to hit at least as hard as it looks.

Or if it is the both of them, then it could start out as a science project where Twi and Destined want to learn about the history on ancient ponies and how the Great Exodus from Earth happened...only for them to find out they have to partake in it themselves in order to save all of ponykind...as it was apparently always meant to be ....

There's something in the works for the Chakat Universe, but it's somewhat down the track, so don't hold your breath for it. Unless another firm idea occurs to me, that's the only plot for the CU for now.

But politics that probably set folks off considering alicorns are told to be harbingers of destruction in the past. On the other hand ponies might be the perfect portal neighbor's. Docile enough to not be a threat but with enough bite for humans respect.
The only real issue I see is ponies being broken hearted when aid is refused, although that's probably a good thing in the long run for both peoples in this scenario
