I think I'd like to remember my past life as I grow up, so I wouldn't be as confused during my foalhood. I'd want to learn and study magic to become a a skilled mage, and then open my own magic shop where I craft my own wares: Magical tools, potions, clothing, novelties, and I'd go on adventures every now and then to restock on ingredients and materials to make my wares.
If I could, I'd court Twilight Sparkle (my waifu) but otherwise I'd find some other partner as well as good friends

Sure I’d be down for that. Pegasus or Unicorn for sure. I’d love to fly and sleep on clouds. But the shear utility of even basic levitation is very tempting as well. . And as for memories of past life? 50/50. Undecided as of right now.
Going against the grain a bit here kinda but... I’d probably want to be a changeling from my story. From the same hive my OC is from that is. though as for the pony persona they’d adopt it’d be Pegasus probably same as my OC. Not sure on the retaining memories thing though.

Unicorn preferred here. As to remembering a past life, yes, but not completely. I have rare flashes of what I presume are past lives now in this life. Maybe something similar there, to urge my studies along.

I would rather be a Gryphon. Keep my memories so I could found a pirat guild and give all the ships and captains names to pass through the ages. Captain blackbeard and the Princess Platnum's revenge. Death is a whole new adventure, a new chapter in a on-going story of ones life or lives experiences. To be able to carry past life experiences, one could discover within oneself the true nature of what makes up a soul. I would ask to live again as a Kirin, To be able to live in knowledge of my past selfs, to learn from and experience anew the tastes and flavors of lifes foods, the hi points and the lows with a broader outlook on things. Yes, knowing that i have left my former life behind and the cherished loved ones. I could live in the hope that those that follow in their own passing time, i am able to once again in some way reconnect. Such a loaded question.. Would one want to be a pony? Why just a pony when an individual can be soo much more when they are more then the sum of their total life experiences. Its a whole new world to explore and experience.

Reborn with memories intact? Absolutely. As a pony? If so, then as a unicorn, alicorn if possible. But I'd much rather look at other races. Hands are...well...handy. So maybe an Abyssinian. Retain my memories. While there is an attachment to the this current personality. I think going in with the choice, remembering would hopefully lend one to be more appreciative of another go around te wheel of life.

If I had my human memories I would probably create a system where the ponies would prefer to live in my idyllic fantasy instead of reality (how humanity is moving towards living in a virtual or false reality rather than reality). A happy pony produces more love after all and they deserve to be happy all the time

Starting without body coordination unless somepony helped was tough,but my character manage.
There are children with 3-4 years that know to walk or even properly jog, I really don't see the problem.
