As should be obvious from 15 months without a feature, life has taken the Royal Canterlot Library curators in different directions. Human on Royalty Group!
A Group dedicated to those who love the Princesses and the Changeling Queen( and everypony else of royal blood, even OC's) having romantic Relationships with Humans. While the mane six and a few other background ponies get to enjoy very often 'superior stamina' and the 'magic' of hands, our beloved Princesses and Chrysalis have more than often spend nights without the feeling of fingers stroking their manes, the pleasent sensation of getting their belly rubbed and the long-awaited satisfaction of love making which last longer than 15 seconds.
And since this horrendous crime can no longer be tolerated, the Human on Royalty Group Group was founded.
Our main focus in the Group is the collection of the rare RoyaltyXHuman Stories and we pride ourselves to have a very big collection(if not the biggest) of them and the promotion of said fics as well the encouragement to write more of them.
We also have discussions about our favourite Princesses and Changeling Queen and we are more than happy to help if you need ideas, want know something or anything else regarding Royalty.
So, if you love Princesses/ChangelingQueenXHuman Stories and also like to talk to about them as well, then we are the right group for you.

The Monthly Contest Club
If you're tired of having to wait around for the next group contest, you can come here, where there will be a steady stream of contests. All contest winners will receive a spotlight on the group's front page and will have their story added to the Contest Winners folder. Afraid you might not win? That's okay, all contestants will have their stories added to the Contest Participants folder.
Contest prompts will be posted on the first of each month, and entry will be closed on the last day of the month. Entries will be judged by admins as quickly as possible, and admins will be added as needed.
We've only just started our contest for the month, so we hope you'll join in!

Make Meeester Happy Foundation
Here at the MMHF, we attempt to dissect and inspect Meeester's psychology, so we may further understand why exactly he's so pissed off. So far, through a small breakthrough, we've managed a smile from some Slice of Life Sweetie fictions. We're attempting to make more of these fictions, in hopes to see that frown turn upside down.
This group isn't made to hurt Meeester in any way. We wish to appease the glorious story approving overlord with fanfictions he loves! But the only way to do this is by actually writing Sweetie Belle Slice of Life stories! Right now, we currently have a write off going on that you can participate in. The deadline ends February 14th (it may be extended, depending on certain variables) and you can check it out here: Write Off Competition #1. Follow the rules laid out and have fun with the story.

Random Romance
Random Romance is holding a contest for the month of February, to ship Cheerilee and Roseluck.
For the uninitiated, Random Romance is a group devoted to creating monthly contests based on randomly-generated pairings. We hold a different contest each month, with public voting taking place at the start of the next month. The pairings are decided upon by literally dropping names into hats and randomly picking them out. We also hold bi-monthly reviews of the contest winners and submissions.

Currently sitting at over fifty different short prompts, Prompt-a-Day is a group dedicated to a very simple, yet very useful idea. Do you suffer under writer's block? Looking for a quick little aside? Care for some challenge to push your skills? If you said yes to any and all of these--and who knows how many more--then come right in.
Not only is the writing itself fun, but seeing others responses is always a good time! So come on in and give it a whirl. You can even offer up your own prompts to go into the bag as well! It doesn't matter how short, simple, or even silly, you never know what might bring out the best in you.

The Collab Cage continues to strive to be the largest, most comprehensive hub for all things collaboration here on FiMFiction. In the coming months, expect an overhaul of the entire group, where we’ll be listening to you, the users, on what the group needs to best perform its services. Collaboration is our specialty, after all. So come join in the fun, work with your fellow authors, grow and improve as a writer! Ask questions, make friends, and run some wonderful collabs, right here, in the Cage.
Things which will be returning soon: the regularly scheduled mini-monthlies, themed to each month, attempting to hit on a specific writing challenge; a larger, more challenging prompt; a reorganization to the round robins; other projects waiting in the wings. A couple of our current collabs that might also interest you: So, This I Believe is a collab to share yourself as a person of faith; The Equestrian Bestiary is centered around world building and creativity (Note: This might be expanded into its own group soonish). Both are open to any interested. Plus we always welcome new projects!

Though it still has a lot of growing to do, the Original Character Tournaments group is open to any and all. The first tournament is rolling along nicely and shaping up into a fine product. Future tournaments will most certainly be run, of various types and challenges.
For the first tournament, expect interviews of each of our participating characters within the next few weeks, as a little taste of the battles to come. As well, I'm always getting new ideas that require new participants, and ya never know when a replacement will be needed, so if it sounds interesting at all, by all means, come hang out, watch the process, be available if needed.
In the future, this group will expand to also contain information on how to help authors with two of the more difficult aspects of fiction writing: creating interesting original characters and action sequences. We will offer character reviews, and expert advice on what you can do to improve your characters and fight scenes.

The Pleasant Commentator and Review Group!
This is a group where any author can submit their stories, as well to receiving a great review that does not only look for what can be improved upon, but also what can be praised! We have a stead stream of reviews being done, and are always excepting stories to read.

While the reviews do sound positive and encouraging, that does not mean that they don't point out flaws, however. But when they spot flaws, they don't say the whole story is *yay*—they actually nudge the author, pointing it out as a possible area for improvement. I am in complete understanding that the reviewers are not obligated to enjoy the stories, but I have still noticed that no matter what problems a story may have, the reviewer could still find something positive to say.
We are consistently, and constantly searching for reviewers as well, so check us out and join if you like what you see!
