Nightmare Moon is back from her thousand year exile, and Twilight Sparkle is utterly unprepared to triumph with magic or with words. The two join forces (not that Twilight has much of a choice) to ‘save’ Equestria from eternal night.
Princess Chrysalis leaves her home behind with nothing more than a guide book and her faithful companion/food source, Myth. After traveling between worlds, the pair arrive in Equestria. Back home, the search for Chrysalis takes an unexpected turn.
Twilight, a filly firmly rooted in the Enlightenment, is assigned to read Frankenstein. One reading session later, she is determined to show the world what a great stallion young Frankenstein really was.
