I'm a long time science fiction and animation fan who stumbled into My Little Pony fandom and got caught -- I guess I'm a Brony Forever now.

This story is a sequel to Dragonshyness

Four years ago, Fluttershy reached out hoping to make a friend, and instead was abused by a stranger. In response, she withdrew into herself, shutting out the rest of the world. Now she has some friends, but she still fears most strangers, because she never understood what happened to her when she was a teenager. She wishes she could be less afraid of other Ponies, but how can she when she knows that she was rejected for her own lack of merit?

Maybe she'll kill herself. That would be terrible.

Or maybe, with a little help from Rarity, something entirely different will happen.

***

This takes place around the 1st of October, YOH 1500 and is canon to the Shadow Wars, being part of the Flutterarc. It may also be considered an unofficial sequel to Bad Horse's excellent (and horribly logical) Fluttershy's Night Out, which in this timeline may be assumed to have taken place in YOH 1496. Fluttershy was 16 then, and is 20 now.

In connection to the main TV series, this would be taking place between the start and the end of "Fall Weather Friends" (which is one of the reasons why Rarity is the friend in whom Fluttershy chooses to confide, as Rainbow Dash is in training). It would take place before "Call of the Cutie," which in turn takes place before Fluttershy Is Free.

(Yes, I flipped the order of "Fall Weather Friends" and "Winter Wrap-Up" -- if I didn't, I'd have to assume that the first three seasons covered 5, instead of 4 years).

Its direct sequel in the Flutterarc is Fluttershy Is Free.

This story is a sequel to An Extended Performance

Having fled Manehattan after first saving the city and then wrecking Bottom Billing's office, the Great and Powerful Trixie attempts to make her way alone on the open road, building up her reputation and making contacts. She hopes to be able to one day return to Baltimare (and perhaps one special somepony) as a success in her own right. But a combination of bad luck, old enemies and her own unique personality seem to thwart her at every twist and turn. Can Trixie surmount fate and achieve fame by her own efforts? Or will her journey end in humiliating failure?

Has its own TV Tropes page.

A direct sequel to An Extended Performance and (to a lesser degree) of A Long Night at the Hippodrome. Takes place roughly from Season 1, from Episodes 3 "Ticket Masters" to 7 "Dragonshy," (June 25th to Late September, YOH 1500).

This story is a sequel to Getting Stuck

NOT in the "Shadow Wars" continuity, though it does use that continuity as backstory. Specifically, it would if in main continuity be set in Season 4 with all Shadow Wars.assumptions including most specifically Luna's and Twilight's past lives and Pinkie Pie's previous identity in the G3 universe (on which I was inspired by Alex Warlorn) as part of the backstory.

When a human who fell to Equestria through a dimensional portal rapes a citizen of Ponyville, Princess Twilight Sparkle is uncertain of how to handle the case, so she writes to Princess Celestia for advice. The following exchange of letters details that consultation.

Warning: this story is a very-unauthorized sequel to a rather nasty second-person story, NOT written by myself, which seems to be based on the premise that raping those caught at a disadvantage is unobjectionable. I do not endorse any of the opinions expressed in the prior work.

Note Well: The "romance" in the story doesn't involve the Human. Well, not the romance that I expect most readers to find warm and fuzzy, anyway.

This story is a sequel to An Extended Performance

When you're an invisible fluffy pony eldritch horror the size of an elephant, living in the hills above Dunnich, life can sometimes be boring because you're too big to play the normal Pony games. One night there crashes an injured something which is not altogether a crow, nor a buzzard, nor an ant, nor a decomposed Pony -- but becomes a friend. But when Little Flappy gets better, will Least Noticeable ever see her friend again?

Crossover with the Cthulhu Mythos, as is the Shadow Wars in general, but this focuses a little more on the Mythos aspects of my fanon than most. Takes place around the same time as S1E5 "Griffon the Brush-Off."

This story is a sequel to Nightmares Are Tragic

The Great and Powerful Trixie is unhappy when her Summer Sun Festival night gig in Manehattan turns out to be a show at an open-air neighborhood festival in a seedy Lower East Side park. When the Sun refuses to rise on schedule, Trixie finds herself giving the greatest performance of her life to an increasingly-terrified crowd. But darker forces are moving events to an inescapable confrontation.

A side-story to Nightmares Are Tragic, hence takes place at the same time as The Elements of Harmony (the Season 1 two-part opener). Now has its own side-story, about Piercing Gaze, A Long Night at the Hippodrome

There is one flashback in which it is mentioned that there has been sex between two characters. There is also some violence.

Takes place around the 15th of October, YOH 1500, right after "Call of the Cutie" in the TV series.

This is a sequel to "A Robust Solution" in the Flutterarc, but you don't have to have read the other story first.
