Three years ago Twilight lost everything because of one certain accident. Feeling guilty, she left Ponyville and moved to Los Pegasus, hoping to run away from anything that may remind her of this accident.
Meanwhile, Equestria has changed. It has drowned in corruption, and streets of half of cities are flooded by mobsters. Independetly to each other Twilight's friends are moving to Los Pegasus to find better jobs.
The story begins three years after these events. Or, maybe it began even earlier? For example, at the day of the accident?
