Every pony Sweetie Belle has ever thought of as family has arrived to see her sing at her first concert. All except for one, the pony that had been there since the beginning has not yet appeared. Will her beloved sister appear or will Rarity let what happened ruin the chance of seeing Sweetie Belle's first concert.

Short and sweet. I would give it a 7 or 7.5 out of 10. I feel like you should have wrote more details on the argument between Rarity and Sweetie

EDIT: I would also like to point out that "preform" is actually spelled "perform"

nice little story
it would have been nice if you had added a bit more about their fight but it's ok like it is

but there is one big problem (actually quite a few) and that's your spelling and punctuation. there were some mistakes that broke the flow of the story for me (mostly because i had to read it twice)
