I highly doubt even Celestia and Luna will be on the element's side for once, considering they will eventually learn what really happened when they attack a innocent being for no good reason.
Just because their are the "elements", and are heroes of Equestria in their own right. Doesn't always let them get away with any bad things they did, like almost killing a random innocent person that didn't do anything nefarious.
Nobody's above the law, after all.
They should at least pay the consequences, and our human protagonist can at least get some real justice without that over cliche "revenge against the ponies" storyline for the twenty-fifth time in these types of Human in Equestria ( HiE ) stories.
Besides, at least I'm trying to come up with a brand new original suggestion than having the human protagonist either being a over cliche pacifist or doormat that always easily forgives every bad thing that happens to them. OR becoming super edgy, and wants to have "bloody revenge" with violence, death, and destruction against the ponies, etc....
No offense, I'm just starting to get tired of seeing these over and over again in this website.

I will do admit that I once do occasionally liked human "revenge" stories like it's a classic in fanfiction form.
But considering how it's been overused too much back-to-back, especially with Dark Naruto revenge stories or in here, with that other story trope with a particular HiE human OC named Jason Wright or Gregory. Yeah, I don't know if I might sound a little hypocritical if I now starting to get tired of seeing this trope or not anymore?
And it does get a bit irritating to see the Mane Six, Celestia, or any other pony character that we liked; Now becoming OOC jerks to either the human protagonist of the story or humanity/earth for no good reason, besides petty racism/xenophobic and misanthrope reasons.
Just for making a empty "conflict" between "humanity versus ponies" round 25.

Well, that's not what I'm going for with this story, so trust me instantly, I garenty that chapter 2 will be nothing like you fear.
Nice progress so far. I'm guessing that this magical sword is like something coming out of Legends of Zelda.
And I like the "press charges" reference.

Think something more along the lines of Excalibur a sword forged in Dragon fire with extra powers imbued into it by it's maker, someone who has power that vastly surpasses The magic of friendship's polt armor.

I'm loving this story, I already liked your other story "Fuck my life", but this one in my opinion is much better.
I think it's because "Fuck My Live" is a little too playful in my opinion, while this wall will have a more serious and adventurous tone.
I liked the sword, I picked up some possible references, like Excalibur, in the blue energy attack it could be a reference to Ichigo's getsuga tenshou from the anime bleach. Perhaps the sword can manifest other things or even summon a rain of magically created swords, or have the famous elemental powers.

It was good to see Blake committed to training with Dragonbane. Not to mention that he is right, sometimes one of the best decisions against someone who wants drama or confusion is to turn around and walk away, I completely agree with him.
Well, I was going to ask where we were in the MLP timeline, but this chapter already answered it. We're still in the first season, so it's going to take a while for Blake to need to fight since the first season is quiet, unless he fights that hydra that appears in the episode where Twilight tries to investigate the Pinkie sense.
