Sunset was just walking out on the beach, late at night, when she sees Adagio, standing on the pier, overlooking the ocean. Fearing for the Siren, Sunset rushed over to help her.
Instead, she ends up nearly drowning, with an annoyed Adagio having to take care of her as she gets driven back to her house.

This was a fantastic read. Not only do I imagine these characters in this scenario, you also stick them in their own morals. Sunset jumping just to save Adagio, and Adagio still being snarky after saving her.
But once nitpick I have is this:
I think It would make more sense for Adagio to be saying that.
But other than that, amazing story!

That line was meant to be sunset berrating herself, but i get that it didn't quite land perfectly. Regardless, I don't think it's enough of a problem to go back and change.
