Bravo, Celestia, bravo! Justify yourself while (seemingly) admitting your own mistakes... well, you have to be able to do that.
Frankly, whatever horse Celestia was, she needed to think with her head, not with a log between her legs. If you position yourself as a reasonable being, then be kind to match. Rape is one of the most terrible crimes, and the fact that Twilight did not incite the persecutors of the law against her loving mentor is a terrible mistake.
As for me, Twilight could generally spit on everything and live happily ever after somewhere in the wilds. Why did she come out into the light again? To get Celestia into trouble? Hardly, because, as it was said, this is not her style. Become another hole for pleasure for a horse fucked on the head? Then what was the point of running away?
