Unburying

Fluttershy cares for many animals.
Some who spends most of their time with her in the cabin, some who lives around the cabin, and even some who only show themselves at the daily feedings, and usually that is enough.
Fluttershy loves them all.
She should.

And being a truly loving caretaker comes with many responsibilities. Sometimes that involves a spade.

I think I might've spotted a few minor grammatical issues here and there, but the story itself (particularly, your well-executed interpretation of Fluttershy) does more than enough to make up for them IMO. All in all, nicely done!

Fluttershy's relationship with death is one of my favorite themes to see fanfics explore, and this was a wonderful, self-contained example. Fluttershy feeling guilty over not giving every animal equal attention is an angle I hadn't seen much before, but is absolutely something she would do. Angel was nicely characterized here, too.

This was *really* well done. The characterization of Fluttershy was on point, and the bittersweet feeling of the story really pulled through. I loved how you wrote the story, going through the thought process of Fluttershy and really nailing in the emotional beats of the fic.
