I know some people don't like that couple, surely you wanted to show them as sisters and that's it.
Well, I thought maybe you were going to explore points like Twilight and Cadence's relationship because, in the end, I saw them very close as if they could be more than friends,
Then there was if at some point Twilight's friends who haven't quite forgiven her finally forgive her or not, the reasons why yes or no. Also if Twilight forgave them all or if she still has resentments and how she overcame them (in case she forgave them).
And how was the process Twilight went through to control the chaos magic, how she got to control it, if she had problems with it or not or in case she still doesn't control it well, how does it affect her life. What use does she give it? Also if she has mental sequels of what she did and lived, how she overcame them (if she did), or if they still affect her.
That's what I thought might happen, it's nothing big or epic, there's no villain to defeat either, now I understand why the story ended there, maybe that's not your style of story.
I have a question why are Twilight’s parents presumably dead. In the other story you said Celestia took Twilight in when her parents died. Also Applejack is very annoying, she isn’t willing to admit to her mistakes and is just unpleasant. The story is good so far.

Her parents are dead like in The Death of Harmony because it's the same timeline just with the climax retconned. I wanted to make the bond with Twilight and Celestia somewhat closer and therefore more tragic. As for Applejack she always was too stubborn for her own good.
