I like the characters you've come up with, but this story is a bit all over the place. It's difficult to follow and doesn't seem to have a defined plot guiding it along. If you decide to continue maybe just look at one of the groups to keep it more coherent as it's had to read when it's jumping back and forth all the time. Try making your scenes a bit longer too, right now they are so short that they prevent me from from immersing my self in them.

A comment on terminology. When Blossomforth described Rose as "anti-social", you should say "asocial". Anti-social behavior is being aggressive towards others like physically assaulting them or other actions which can be destructive towards society. An asocial person is someone who's not interested in socializing, in which case. she's not necessarily asocial, she probably just has social anxiety. Don't worry though, it's a very common misunderstanding.
