yay an update
Yes!! An update!!
Splendid An update, Keep up the good work 👏
Gee, I wonder where such a pony could be. If only it was that easy to find one.
I'm sure Floor's seen enough animus to figure out how to make the "MC accidentally smashes his face into his love interest's crotch" move work. I believe in her!
Great job
seems like anon is sitting at the perfect height for a show
Huh... now you've got me wanting to look up recipes for turnip cookies. Also, hey!, they're both dense protagonists. I wonder which one of them will notice the other's interest first? Also, I can totally remember asking my mom the same questions as Floor Bored regarding cooking times. I mean it only makes sense that if you up the temp you can lower the time!
God, I still love this story. Thank god it updated. XD I SHALL AWAIT THE NEXT CHAPTER.

I live this story! Thanks for the update! What a Jinglemas gift!
god damn floor is adorable, and her gram gram is awesome xD
savage GramGram
Adorbs as always. I impatiently await the day we get our catharsis.
Praise horse Jesus for updates :D
>Hope you still enjoy it
Do you even have to ask, I wouldn't be reading if I didn't, otherwise, Id be waiting for enough chapters to binge-read
Tough luck binge-reading, with the way the fandom is right now though, but eh.
Nice! Taproot is best elderly pone BTW.
I remember a while back you expressed concern because you weren't sure what direction to take with your story.
You're doing quite well. Don't worry. :)
Take your time, enjoy the holidays and keep up the good work!
quite
how you remember
Granny gives good advice. Floor should pay close attention. And patience indeed - double the heat does not mean twice the speed, filly!
Those turnip cookies... well, I can imagine that someone could make them palatable, but they'd have to really know what they're doing. Seems like old Taproot still has the skills.
Love that GramGram. I was hoping she might have said something to Floor Bored to clue Anon in that Bored is crushing on him. Love the update and I can't wait to read the next one. Thanks KoB!
So good I'm so sad because it ended too soon I kind of wanted to see the whole arcade thing I hope an update comes out soon I know I'm just being greedy but I like this a little more than I thought I would when I first glanced at it
This has been a good read so far and cannot wait to read more.
For some reason that picture gives me an Edgar Allen Poe feeling...
We still enjoy it yessiry bob.
wow her granny seems.so much worse than her, but I liked that chapter again.
Not sure what I was expecting at first, but at the beginning I didn't liked it that the focus turned so fast to the sexually side.
Well once Anon got inreressted himself it was better, but I still feel like this story could be more than that.
Gramgram said to follow the recipe is rule one. It's something to start with, but doesn't mean it can't allow for change. A recipe may need to be adjusted because it doesn't take everything into account, like altitude, nuances in cookware, ingredient quality and placement, and it can involve lots of other things.
Recipes can be improved upon to adjust for personal tastes or what you have on hand to make the food/drink. For cook times, it can be good sense to periodically check something to see how it develops, especially if you have a see through oven door that won't disrupt the cook time or development of the end-product since it can do away with prematurely opening the door which lets heat out. But you still may want to pull an item out for better viewing, or to stir/flip/whatever. It helps when you're not used to a recipe, to see how it's changing as it cooks. Like looking at it, or stabbing it to check texture.
This one isn't likely to apply to Floor, but ovens might not reach desired temperatures due to mechanical faults, yet are still workable. Happenes more frequently in commercial cooking, where ovens are used very frequently, which means they wear down faster. It gets annoying when fridges stop running cold enough, and everything in it needs to be moved and re-sorted while it undergoes repair.
Cooking takes practice. Unless you're a magic pony that can always succeed through butt-tattoos, it'll mean repeated failures as part of the learning process. Teaching cooking as always following recipes to the letter, stifles innovation and improvement of skills. Being able to follow a recipe is still important though.
Gramgram might be going for maximum wow-ing of Anon, because this recipe is something she already knows like the back of her hoof.
Floor Worn is 2nd best fictional boomer, 2nd only because no-one beats Uncle Iroh

Actually, Iroh isn't a boomer, as it a generational thing, not a being old thing.
Floor Worn might be a Pony Boomer however....
