Evolution brought about another species whose intelligence vastly outclassed our own. They took us on without warning, without provocation, and they won. Now, the last of our kind are struggling to survive. Will they find somewhere to call home, or will they perish under the rule of this new, more powerful species? Well, one band of humans won't bow to Celestia, it's the humans instinct.

So little context. I have no idea what's happening to these people and I have little reason to care. It's not poorly written, but there's just no meat on these bones. I say kill all the fucking apes, they don't belong in a pastel paradise free of war. I don't see any reason to root for the humans otherwise.

I can agree on what you said, that there is not enough background information, as for the conflict. If you would read Ten Rounds, you would understand the conflict. Have you been in war, or simulated in. In war, everyone acts the same, personalities are overwritten by the primeval urge of surviving. So don't go and bother to rant about that.

You are nothing more than a petty hater, if you were to take the time and read Ten Rounds. You would understand the conflict. Instead, you choose to dismiss that, and bash the author, who has done nothing that is considered wrong in the perception of many.
