Is it Stunted Wing Syndrome or Stumped Wing Syndrome you had the doctor call it both. If not the magic of pegasi I'd disagree with the doctor as Scootaloo gets bigger if her wings don;t change they would be trying move more mass with teh same amount of power she had as a filly
