I like the kind of "intentionally flawed logic" lighting has here, but something's off about the way it's written and I can't really figure out what... Regardless, do continue and maybe expand on the thought processes as for why she thinks it's other people's faults that bad things are happening. Maybe that's what's missing in this chapter, she just kind of says it but she never really mentions why it's someone else's fault so it just feels like somewhat broken/unexplained reasoning. I also feel like you might be rushing to the conflict of the story a bit soon. take some time to flesh out the characters a bit.
