It was great, but I think it you need to show rather than tell, the age old rule. 
I think this story is heavy on telling,
Like that. You're only telling me what she did, instead of explaining/showing how she did that.
Still, a great story!
I actually wanted to do that, but it was one in the morning and I was determined to finish. Still, I'm going to update it tomorrow. I have to figure out a way to earn a lot of money to be able to draw an actual profile picture. (And maybe get rid of this picture in my head of a fanfic that should really be an animation x cough cough x) Still, thanks SOOOOOOOOOOO much! Thanks for correcting me on these small little things I miss. It REALLY helps me!
If she knew about The Fourth Wall, wasn't she upset that they spent the first 3 seasons pretending like she didn't exist?
6000522 Simple. She was biding her time. She was waiting until season 4, the season most-remembered and most-liked by the fandom. Think about it, she came out at the perfect time for the fandom to actually like her. If she came earlier, she'd be forgotten. If she came later, she'd be overshadowed by the high standards season 4 and season 5 have set already. As a character, how else could she have known this?
Let's not even start about all the fourth wall jokes, either. There's no need. She's the only pony that can do this, at least that we know of.
This fanfic is just to introduce the idea that it's recessive and Maud and the rest of the family could have it too, if they experienced seeing the sonic rainboom. They didn't, but what if they did?
I also wanted to give a reason for Pinkie's unique ability to break the fourth wall, and to show how Pinkie's family; namely Maud; being Pinkie Pie's most-loved sibling, would react to her sister's ability.
I'm sorry for making a mistake. I just would like to point out that I tried.
