This is fun, although the grammar needs some work.
Also, I'm not usually one to fuss about such things, but I'm pretty sure this warrants a sex tag. Even if no actual sex happens (which is actually weirder than the S&M itself), the context is still entirely sexual.

This one isn’t bad; keep it going. The execution and grammar are both quite a bit better, the scene is realistic, and the only complaint I have is backstory, although you don’t need to worry about that right now; you can write that in a prequel.
