You're at it again? Well, I'm just gonna keep reading then.
awsome now to wate for the next update.
562480 I did sort of have a limit. there was a big explanation on the power of blood. a normal pony might give you a bit of a boost based on who it is, like say a strong earth pony like Mac would give them a bit of a strength boost, but it depends on how powerful the Pony is. the mane 6 are the Elements of Harmony, and the timberwolf only really gave her a better sense of smell. if they were to bite a normal pegasus, they might get a little speed but Dash or one of the wonderbolts, for example, would be a bigger deal
562676 you sir just made me fall to the ground laughing in the middle of the classroom
562542
i cant be expected to remember every little detail can i?
562727 you're all over all of my stories so yes, yes I do
562680 what do you think I've been doing all class? Laughing
562752
dammit...ah, well, re-reading the story a couple of times should do it
Wow this is getting more epic everyday keep it coming hahaha and BRING ON SOME MORE!!!!!!
i cant wait to see how you get the timberwolfs into play , cause i know you prob will since they owe twilight a life debt that has to be payed, and as previolsy stated i would sugggest, its only a suggestion mind you since you inttroduced the changlings into the story to have the queen come save twilight maybe once, and maybe , just maybe have twilight have to bite and drink her blood, that would be interesting plot oine to the story if twilight could shapeshift.
562871 lol teh funny part is I don't even really like Vayne, it's just she's so fun sometimes and i thought of the name Vayne and she wouldn't get outa my head...I lvoe galio and vlad and Hecarim, even though i suck ass with him, is my fav champ
563085
563147 I've been thinking about that...I have a way to make that work in my mind, but it all depends on how this thing goes by the time I make it turn that way because Honestly this entire story is just me writing whatever comes to mind...I don't plan most of it
Vlad uses blood as a weapon....

uuhhh.... No matter what I do I keep thinking of anime references
564827 So? sanguikinesis is an awesome power... rediculously so.
I do wonder though, since I know from physics and some fencing knowledge that Scythes are rediculously awkward to use in combat... the range is sickeningly limited for one. Magic could make up for it, and maybe a chained-kata attached to the back end... or an Axial Scythe, but those are so hard to use it's laughable to even think about...
invented (a) way to do it near instantl
Wait, her scythe was called Rampage, but suddenly it's called Soul...
Seems legit
also hecarim was an earth pony when introduced now she is unicorn
I've got a few complaints about the setting again. Much like earlier, where the spellcaster (Luna) apparently limited themselves for literally no sensible reason (just make the vampires unable to spread; why would the original bestower of the spell be so limited?*), there are a few things that come across as pointless or actively harmful with the way they were done:
Wait, what? How is that even remotely practical? Wouldn't an any-target spell be easier than tying a "friendly-fire" detector onto a blocking spell? Or why not reverse the thing to block hostile blades, if there's some benefit to selectability on the spell? Why would they waste effort enchanting armor to not be harmed by friendlies, especially if the anti-enemy one is harder for some strange reason? Wouldn't it still be more useful to add the other instead, or spend that effort on something other than gilding the turd?
Soooo, the main reason they have issues with it now is because the insanity makes the user call up liches or ghouls after/during the insanity? Bad enough that it was used once or twice by evildoers before, let's add a curse that guarantees that anyone who uses it goes mad with power! Not to mention that everyone thinks they are unique and might not get affected by the spell: <mocking the idiot users> Surely there's an exception for strong-willed people, right?
That also ignores the likely useful parts of necromancy. <snarky again> I can see no possible use for a magic that can reanimate the dead, or at very least, manipulate blood and possibly flesh... Surgeons would not at all be interested! Not to mention that if you can get rid of the "unwanted shambling" part, perhaps you could even get the chance to know your N-th-great-grandchildren... Sure, you'd be a lich, but that's not much of an issue if you can fix the decay.
*On that note again, you mentioned that the vampires spread via a spell, so perhaps it's so they don't learn the free one by watching (and you'd need to be REALLY good for that anyway), but, again, in an emergency, why care? Or, what prevents them from using two versions: why not teach the love-locked version, but USE the jailbroken one for your own conversions?
This goes double for spells. What prevents the vampire from reverse-engineering it or finding the older versions with no such restrictions, if it is actually taught directly, while Lulu is restricted in paranoid fear that she might let someone notice that rune alpha-9 has a half-widdershins twist in the version she taught while the one she used didn't?
On the other hoof, if the Princesses were smart, and they made it actually an innate ability or somehow separate from the main conversion technique (obfuscated stored procedure?) so that they can safely be restricted from causing the Red Plague just by going to a library, it would be far safer than copying the spell, and it would be an even better impetus for making the master conversion ritual un-restricted, since no one else would ever be (or need to be) taught it, and I doubt Luna would enjoy the unnecessary conditions!
Again, it's for reasons of plot since you want to ship the two, but please try to make it not a terribly obvious railroading!

You're reading far too much into what were ultimately decisions made on the spot because they sounded cool. I appreciate that you're reading and enjoying my stuff, but you should probably slow down on the comment warrior reviewing. I like when it's constructive but you read much further into things than you really need to. In this case this was really one of my first big stories on this site, I didn't have years of feedback and experience to go on at the time. Every single story doesn't have to cover every little base and have extensive lore and explanation on everything. It's nice when it's there and the lack of it doesn't make holes so massive it makes the story completely incoherent, but at least for me half of the content in most of my work is generally thought up as I write it. I'm sorry I wasn't as good at writing fiction years ago as I am now, but if you're going to rant paragraphs on things you simply don't like or agree with or fairly minor gaps in some of the logic on a story that was finished years ago like it's the end of the world then I'm just going to ignore your comments. It seems like you're going through literally everything I have just hunting for mistakes, and it's starting to get a little annoying.
I'm not telling you to stop, I'm just telling you that if you're going to be a comment reviewer then stay objective and don't just hunt for every little mistake. More than enough people do it before it's complete.
