You've got me sold on this story JUST from the description. I can't wait for you to write some more of this because I can tell that it is going to be pretty darn amazing. Happy Writing!
Interesting premise, but the story itself seems very rushed. Don't be afraid to take your time, do some scene-setting, and provide details. For example, Vinyl turning over and instantly recognizing Rainbow Dash lacks any sort of tension and consequently fails to engage the reader. Instead, you could have her slowly awaken, feel something warm beside her, turn over, see a blue mare with a remarkable multicolored mane, think that said mare looks vaguely familiar, and THEN have the pieces click together as she realizes that she just woke up next to one of Equestria's most famous flyers. It would allow a little more reader involvement, and would lead nicely to the question of why exactly Dash is in Vinyl's bed.
2842786 Thinking about it now, I get where you're coming from. I did rush Dash's intro a bit too quickly. I'll take that into consideration from now on ^^ I wanted to give the feeling of waking up from one of 'those' nights. I introduced Dash exactly the way I wanted it to go, minus the rushing part. Just to have that scene where Vinyl is dazed in confusion. I might go back and extend that scene to be a bit longer.
