The Earth has changed much in the year since Equestria has arrived on the World Stage. Some things are better, but some are worse, and now, humanity has made a decision as one to defend themselves against the existential threat posed by this intruding world.

This is what that decision will cost them.

Luna has found a normal stallion to be her heir. Though Alicorns are believed to be immortal, they only have extensive life-spans. This stallion must go from a normal life to the life of royalty and Alicornship. There will be some romance, and it is labeled 'alternate universe' because of light plot twists.

Verse Jumper is an Earth Pony with several mysterious abilities, strange to both himself and his friends. Also, a race known as the Demon Ponies now exist, living in the city of Xenoir, and Fireball is their prince. One other mentionable tidbit is the fact that Twilight knows Verse personally, along with Luna (obviously). If I remember anything else important, I will update the description
This is really a fic for my friends. The universe has been affected by the many RP's we've had together, but nothing too major. This my first fic ever, so I'd love some pointers. Thanks for reading.
