Rarity, the feared owner of The Traveling Masquerade, was traveling towards Ponyville when suddenly one of her guests gets murdered. This cannot be tolerated, she must figure out who the killer is before they arrive, else her reputation is destroyed!

Do I even need to say it at this point? Inspired by a card in the board game, Merchants of the Dark Road.

Pinkie Pie wanted to get back at Rarity, so she buries her in the sand.

Big Macintosh has been married to the farm his whole life, so it stands to reasoning that he never had time to spare for a mare. But when Applebuck Season arrives and Applejack's friends can't help, the Apple family is faced with a dilemma of deeper concerns. However, when Applejack recruits a few hired hands the answer to both problems appears.

Rarity has always liked Twilight, although platonically, she's always felt something else deep inside, though it was very obscure.

It was only a few weeks after 'Rarity Takes Manehattan' did she become more sour towards Pinkie and Twilight's relationship; because of this, Rarity becomes jealous, and realizes that Twilight is more than a friend to her.

Let's see how this will play out, shall we?

Twilight Sparkle was assigned to study the magic of friendship, and she's been doing an excellent job of in-depth qualitative study with a small group. But proper research into social sciences demands some quantitative analysis, too, and to get the numbers she needs, Twilight is following her royal mentor's instructions: heading out into unfamiliar territory in Ponyville to make more friends.

What will happen when one of the most socially awkward mares in all of Equestria starts deliberately approaching ponies she's completely ignored for months, despite living alongside them? Why does Spike have to do it too, and can a baby dragon's instincts mesh with equine nature? And why doesn't anypony seem to know who painted all of those murals they keep spotting?

Not a literal crossover, but expect lots of references, shout-outs, expies from non-Pony media, and mythology gags.

It's a story of war, refugees, and being caught between two cultures.

A war in the Griffin Kingdom causes a flood of refugees into Equestria. What will happen to Equestria when it's no longer the kingdom of only ponies?

Flies are biting and Twilight can't get rid of them. But Pinkie Pie has a cannon.
