As Rainbow Dash wakes up to reality, she feels odd. She feels like she isn't herself. She feels like she is trapped in somepony else's body and doesn't know how to get out. She is very confused. She doesn't know what to do with herself. Will she continue lying to her friends or speak the truth and take the risk of losing them?

A mysterious Princess appears in Equestria, begging for assistance from Princess Celestia. Twilight and her friends are sent as ambassadors to smooth over relations between the two countries.

Twilight Sparkle found a new spell but didn't know who to test it on. She asked Rainbow Dash if she could test the spell on her. Rainbow agrees. However, Twilight accidentally does the spell wrong and bad things start to happen.

500 years prior to the events of Season 1, Episode 1, an alicorn is drawn to the Elements of Harmony, still in stone form. Imprisoned in the large centre stone orb, he is sealed until such time as the Elements are found by their bearers.

Now, as Celestia and Luna leave the castle, reunited once again, the alicorn's time has come.

After collapsing in class, Scootaloo is sent to the hospital, where she hears heart wrenching news.

A massive fire breaks out in the Everfree Forrest, and every pony must deal with the repercussions of the disaster in their own way.

I have edited this story heavily from the version that was first released. I've cut over two thousand words, and it's a better read now. Please comment to tell me what you liked and what I need to improve on, both in the story and with my general style.

This was my contest entry for the February 2012 FIM write-off, and originally it was horribly received by a majority of the readers.

All I was trying to hope for was a long, happy and fun life. Instead I don't know where I am, in another dimension perhaps. I don't know what the hell will occur... I'm some horse/pony hybrid thing, which has it's own civilization, own species, own language... and magic. I don't know if I'm lucky, or if it's for the best... in a foreign body... with wings.

And magic. They don't even speak my damn language! This is all frustrating, and overwhelming. Everyone, or everything is crazy!

This place is... how do the old Middle-Age people called it? Heaven or Hell. Either one...

Help me.

Scootaloo is jealous of all her friends having coltfriends and sets out to get one. She goes to all the mane six for advice and/or help. But when will Scootaloo realize that she shouldn't have to change for somepony to like her? When will she realize that with each change, she is pushing away a secret admirer?

Rarity's rival Haveta Dash and Pinky Pie are getting too friendly for Rarity's taste. Eavesdropping on them she overhears something that she is horrified by and jumps (or dumps!) to conclusions. Is it all a big misunderstanding or is this new pony a troublemaker? (or Trouble Baker!?)

A lone pegasus filly waits, trapped inside of a cage for somepony to buy her.
