The "Desire Grand Prix" is a game to protect the peace of the city from the threat of the mysterious enemy "Jyamato", whose origin and purpose are unknown.

Each participant transforms into a Kamen Rider and competes to win the game by defeating enemies and saving people.

The winner of the Desire Grand Prix will be rewarded with "the right to bring an ideal world to life" as a prize. In other words, only the true hero who wins the competition will be able to realize the world they have wished for.

While Scootaloo Dash is still recovering from her last adventure and enjoying a bit of quality time with her friends, things start to take a turn for the especially weird, all while in another universe things are pretty much business as usual. However, he is thrust into a world where multi-colored humans live, with him ending up in an academy that views him less of a human and more of an experiment.

If that wasn't bad enough, his appearance got the attention of Foundation X, who seek to retrieve his Driver, even if it means killing Mack in the process. Mack must try to keep on his toes with both them and the scientist who's looking over him, Twilight Sparkle, in order to stay alive in this Mach Speed side to A Golden Drive Through Equestria.

What happens when you create a story?

Years ago, Luna Umbra was a young artist and writer who created a story and universe all of her own. However, as life continued she was unable to continue her work on the story and settled into a normal, rather boring life with her adopted sister and wound up working at an advertising firm.

But one day, everything goes wrong when creatures she created appear in Canterlot with the intention of going after her. A mysterious woman who resembles the hero of the story appears and gives her the ability to fight back.

Now, Luna must stop her own creations from hurting her and the city. But what is really going on here? And why are they appearing now?

Light and Darkness, one cannot exist without the other. Within every heart, there is both light and darkness conflicting with each other. In the center lies the heart of all worlds, Kingdom Hearts.

The Keyblade War has been fought, light may have prevailed, but darkness will find a way to grow. The Heart Keys have been rediscovered and the darkness will stop at nothing to obtain all one-hundred keys and bring back Kingdom Hearts from its slumber. The future however will be unlocked by a few individuals... few Kamen Riders.
