Ponies are disappearing all across Equestria, and it seems that there is strange magic at work so start Celestia sends The Main 6 to go to and investigate, however after a day it seems that they to have disappeared. So now it's up to The Doctor, Derpy, and Zap Apple to find them before Equestria loses its only protectors!!

Time Turner only wanted to cure baldness.

The two know must live in each other's (horse) shoes, trying to find a way back to their world. But first, Some Thing Wants Them To Learn Something. And It won't let them return until they learn it.
Too bad neither of them have any clue what they need to learn.

It was a normal day in Equestria until a spaceship crashed into a grassy fields far from Ponyville.

Twilight went to investigate only to find a mechanical creature that appears to be hostile and has an army that will take over Equestria unless they can be stopped!

The Doctor accidentally finds himself in another world once again, this one having particular... tastes when it comes to the appearance of the denizens. Thankfully the Doctor was already regenerating, so no damage done... Right?

Embark on a journey as The Doctor somehow ends up taking on the funniest and most chaotic earth pony in the history of Equestria as his companion!

After fixing up his Tardis, the Doctor decides to take it out for a spin with Derpy. However, after an incident occurs, he meets some old faces that he would rather not meet again. Will the Doctor and Derpy be able to set the timeline back?

Doctor whooves (The Discorded one) is forced right away into an adventure he doesn't want anything to do with. He teams up with a team of other realities of ponies to try and stop the evil Pinkaminas sick games. Before the events of The Silver Army, but after the events of The Changeling Problem, something terrible happened on the Changeling Kingdom. What did happen there? What happened to the Changelings?

Part of my Whooniverse, the Doctor and Derpy would arrive to the Changeling Kingdom in The Silver Army.

In all of his incarnations, whether if he was a funny or serious man, a manipulative tactician or a passionate empathic; The Doctor had always stepped in to help the universe. But that was in the past, now, due to being Discorded, the Time Lord had now become selfish and cowardly. It has been more evident after he had abandoned those of the Nimbus Resort & Casino to die by Dalek gunfire and shooting his now former friend Jack Harkness, The Doctor had been on the run within the Time Vortex. Pushing those who help him and creating new enemies, all of time being warped and twisted; he has little choice but to seek help from a mare that reminded him of one of his more infamous losses.

So with the request from her wife, The Doctor takes Rainbow to the Wonderbolts Academy in 2001 BMNR (Before Nightmare Moon's Return) when Spitfire first joined. But an evil is lurking around the camps and now The Doctor and Rainbow Dash must solve this mystery before The Wonderbolts cease to exist.
