Times change, mountains crumble to dust, yet Equestria stood tall even against the passing of time. It may have lost much, or changed beyond memory, but the heart was never touched, never once even grazed by tyrant or hero alike.

This is the tale of the two wayward 'long way around' time travelers that meet right on the precipice of the final beginning to share some final words before they go.

It is the eleventh century and world is at war with faction's across vying with one another in conflict, for dominance, ideology, greed or want. It is a time of ruin, of tragedy, and the forging of the world's fate to come in blood and iron. All the while Equestria faces its darkest hour as it is set to be nearly annihilated by the changeling menace. The rallying cry to defend one's country for home and hearts has been sounded and the few that can are called up to fight, whether they are willing to or not.
It is also during this time that Zephyr Breeze, the younger brother of Fluttershy, has decided to run away from the conflict to anywhere he can. Where? —Anywhere that isn’t going to get him killed or forced into being a soldier of course.
So armed with nothing more than the clothes on his back, a suitcase, the emergency funds he acquired during his many depression naps following an incident he refuses to talk about, and a dubious magical blessing along with a compass from Discord, he embarks on his journey to get to someplace safe smuggling himself on a ship bound for The Draconic Isles. Hopefully nothing will go wrong, but with a tendency towards curiosity and a willingness to push past social boundaries something will surely will come out of the first stop on his trip, The Isles.

Discord is agitated by Ponyville's lack of chaos and decides to become the guidance counselor for Twilight's friendship school. The problem is that nothing ever happened until Applebloom and Diamond Tiara got into the school's first fight. At first, he uses the chance to "discipline" the young mares however he pleases. However, after discovering a potential secret past between both families, Discord can't help but find out what it is. But naturally, he adds his take to it.

Note:This story contains them mentioning Applejack's deceased parents. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, then I apologize and advise that you don't read any further. But, if you choose to do so, I can only thank you for taking the chance to read it, and I hope you like it.

In the Land of Equestria, the magic of friendship reaches across all corners of the planet, but soon life for the ponies and other inhabitants will change. A refugee from a destroyed world finds himself in the care of Fluttershy and Discord, along with their daughter Entropy. Creating friendships with the dragon pony hybrid, and daughter of Spike and Applebloom, AppleSpice, the daughter of the princess of love, FlurryHeart, the daughter of Twilight and Flash Sentry, StarBurst, and many more. Follow along as our little alien grows up in the world of Equestria, experiencing friendship, hardships, self discovery, and even romance.

Twilight and Discord are infatuated with Starlight Glimmer. They both know this. Discord decide to trick Twilight and her friends into a phony friendship quest, leaving Starlight all alone. Now he could have her attention all to himself. Twilight decides to confront him about this but Discord is NOT backing down.

(Set during a VERY different version of A Matter Of Principals. Rated T for sexual themes but no actual sex is in this)

Applejack stared at the ceiling, her eyes tracing over the gaps and grains of the wooden rafters for what felt like the hundredth time.  Of course she didn’t “enjoy” being forcibly transformed by magic, and in the split-seconds of the magic working over her body, contorting her, dressing her in riding gear and hardening her flesh into fiberglass, she’d been nearly overwhelmed with fear...

...when it was done, however, she’d felt something different...

...as she went around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around, and around...

A slow-burn descent into an unusual place, as Applejack and the CMC become obsessed with being turned into a carousel. May count as psychological and/or body horror, or maybe fetish-fuel, possibly a trans/queer narrative (?), depending on who reads it.

Content Warning: Contains a lot of inanimate-TF fixation. Nothing really "disturbing" about it, but that's what the story is about.

This is a followup to something that happened in the IDW My Little Pony comics, Issue 78, the end of the Cosmos arc, where the image is from. You do not need to read that to understand the plot, as it's just one scene and I explain everything relevant (I haven't read it myself since it came out), though it's a year-end 4-parter with Discord so you should probably read it either way.
