I love EVERYTHING about it!

It's like the writers first read every fanfic, took the best bits, and made it into an episode. In my heart of hearts, from this moment forward, Doctor Whooves will be the Doctor placed into one of those "I am Human" hidden modes that time lords do. But as a pony.

Looking forward to Episode 200!

So I've just watched the 100th episode. Honestly, it was great.

It was a fan episode in summary. One that ultimately worked well. It could have been disastrous, but ultimately it worked well. I've seen other series fan episodes done and the MLP episode 100 was memorable and fun. Thank you screenplay-writers.

If there's ONE gripe I have with Slice of Life, it would be that I felt they were a bit too heavy on the Doctor Who references. He took up entirely too much screen time, and the "ALLONS-Y" line is what broke the camel's back for me. There's references, then there's blatant crap like that where non-fans are left confused.

Normally I have an intro, then I launch into a discussion about the episode, and what it means to the show. But this time? I can’t friggin’ do that.

The episode was great. It made no sense, will likely not add much lasting effect to the story at large of the show, and honestly will just be remembered as a “the creators decided to have fun with episode 100” episode. And it worked! It was really entertaining and fun.

I'm divided. I liked it, but not as much as I'd like to like it, or maybe it's a matter of how critically respectable it might be to like it. The sincerity of the ending graciously offset a lot of the wink-wink-nudge-nudge stuff, which is lucky because MLP is pretty much the only show from which I tolerate that kind of guilelessness. This was the first time in 100 episodes that Trixie got bored and crawled away from the first episode she sat down to watch. I mean, I know everyone is fanboying, but that's kind of sad to me.

It had to happen sooner or later. You write fanfics for an ongoing series, you're gonna get contradicted by canon at some point. That's just the nature of the beast.

I had a good run. I couldn't have been contradicted by a better episode.

Everyone was so focused on Ditzy Doctor, Lyra and BonBon, no one noticed this, or at least, no one's pointed it out.

One of the things that I personally was looking forward to, was the reappearance of the fandoms second adopted pony: Button Mash. I heard a rumor that he'd show up so I was on the lookout. Dis anyone else notice that his colors were a shade lighter than they were before.

I'm way behind. I wanna watch Ponies but my computer cant hold a charge worth of shit. It's dying at around 30% - 50% averaging around there.
