Well, my classes from the 13th to the 17th are all canceled completely, and when classes resume on the 18th, they'll all be online classes and stuff. Devotionals are all canceled, most of my church gatherings are canceled, and there's little reason for me to stay in Rexburg for the rest of the semester. So I'm trying to work out a way for me to get back to Maryland, which is apparently completely on lockdown for my family. I might even be going back in at least a week.

Due to the growing number of people infected by SarsCoV2 aka COVID-19 aka coronavirus, my country is now under quarantene. In a TV speech this Monday, our prime minister told us to not leave our homes unless for really important reasons while last night a decree with more strict directives was signed. Non-essential shops are now closed, while police and military units are establishing check-points to limit circulation between cities.

.....it's starting to get to me.
Since the beginning of the year, I've had this strange feeling that time is passing too quickly. It feels like I'm hurtling forwards through life, unable to slow down and take in my surroundings. But it's even stronger now. The days and weeks are all blurring together with nothing to separate them, and I find myself wondering what day of the week it is, if I finished school for the day, or even if I ate.

Because, honestly, I've been doing it my entire adult life. Work. Home. Work. Home. Work. Home. That's been my routine for the past four days.

One thing we did do frequently is eat out, and that's going to stop, at least for the next two weeks, maybe longer as we keep an eye on things. Some are saying that we're on track to be Italy in the next couple weeks.
