It's been awhile since Bruce Timm and Alan Burnett, creative genius behind the DC Animated Universe, have written anything new, with Burnett's most recent writing effort (according to IMDb at least), being the 2011 episode of Batman: Brave and the Bold "Bold Beginnings!". Timm has stayed mostly in the executive producer status, but now, the duo return to form to create a new mini-series using DC Comics characters.
In case it hasn't been extremely obvious by now, I have more than a few ideas for some stories running around in my head at the moment. It also probably isn't a secret by now that I am starting to enjoy writing both 2nd Person stories and stories involving monster mares.
Now recently another idea popped into my head and I thought I would just share it and see how many of you like it as well as receive some feedback on it.
So despite my job being crazy (and mentally exhausting), the good news is that I have a job interview tomorrow, but that's not why you're here now is it? cuz nobody cares about my struggles... that's a joke.
Anyway...
Have you ever wanted to explore and haunted house ? Did you like the movie Monster House or want to read MLP fanfics based around a living, breathing house?
If so, then I have the group just for you.
Thank you for looking at this thread. I hope you enjoy the group.
Hello everyone, as some of you may recall I had mentioned the idea of a story involving a character working as a radio station DJ in my last Question of the Week. Well, my brain has been writhing with ideas for this and I thought that I would let them out and see what you all think.
Hi Everyone
Bathroomstahl and I have begun work on editing "The Monster Below" to get it ready for publication. As detailed in a previous blog, this is to clean the manuscript up by fixing any grammar and punctuation errors, tightening and condensing sections by removing redundant information, and generally bringing the quality of the writing up to date with what I've learned since the book was first posted.
Just posted An Awesome Funeral, my 8th place contestant in the Writeoff.me It's Your Funeral MLP shortfic contest that just finished. A few details below, and a sneak peek into the upcoming Letters From a Little Princess Monster arc, where Dark Forces stalk the streets and Town Halls of Ponyville, and new heroes must rise to meet them. Beware, for a new villain has been created, and he
After much consideration, I have decided to... start a spin-off, starring Skia and Charybdis. Huzzah!
All I have to do is write up descriptions for the monsters. The newer ones will be tough, especially the Synchros since I don't have images for them in my mind yet. I'm still looking for them. Don't worry, they'll show themselves to me soon enough.
This match is looking like a three-parter as well. Hang on to your seats, folks! This is gonna be one wild ride!
[UPDATE 08/30/2019: I have re-reviewed this movie. You can find the link to it here.]
Hello, folks! I'm finally back with another movie review.
So guess what you get to help pick out what the next monster the mc meets, or will the customer, well you get to decide the next species. I mean might as well have fun with this and keep me on my toes.
* In the spirit of pride month, I got a nice icon YCH of Calor with the gay man pride flag, which, in a fun coincidence, matches his color scheme a fair bit.

And it bloooooows! Yeah, real big shocker, I know. My home boys tried to warn me (by which I mean a bunch of people on the internet with a Youtube account), but I wanted to see for myself if the film was as terrible as so many said it was, rather than just parrot what has been said. And yeah, it's bad. Not even hilariously bad (okay maybe in some parts but that's not noteworthy praise). As a tl;dr, the film as a movie is subpar and hardly entertaining in a plain movie-goer sense; certainly not
Yesterday I set myself a challenge. I was going to edit as many of my own stories as I could before my brain turned to Jello. I did this purely to take my mind off that it is mother's day and mine got drafted into the Angel Army some 7 years ago. This way, I could do something constructive while I moped through the weekend. A quick lesson to all that read this, pause and go hug your mother. Don't finish reading this, go do it NOW. You only have one. I can
