Turning 24.

I'm still breathing, writing, and dreaming of how to incorporate my thoughts to my current stories. I have little time to really pause, and cherish the moments I have and experiences I've learned and yet, somehow this song just forces me back to my childhood when I love to question everything. Call it a temporary pause button.

Part of this might be burnout: I've been writing several thousand-word chapters almost every week since the start of the year and I'm a little tired at the moment. Also, there's something I want to focus on with Agate, since it has something to do with a later chapter. My muse has been extremely stingy lately and as a result it has taken far longer than I feel it should to squeeze out something comparatively simple. I am still committed to remaining narratively and militarily sound in my writing. I have deleted my story, due to the fact that I could simply not do anything with it. And I got a comment by someone who wondered why I gave the protagonist such a non-sounding MLP: FIM name. I've been trying to write for days now, and though I have these amazing ideas, my brain feels like it's high off of some mary jane from the moon. I can't keep it wired on the task at hand for long.
