A bold title, yes, but not an untrue one.
You see, I’ve been working on a number of writing projects and one of them is an actual book to be published. Because of this I’ve been doing a number of things that are new to me and I came to a realization; I can research how to write all I want, and I can practice trying to be the best I can, but you learn stuff differently when, on purpose, you do something wrong.
Welcome back, writers! It’s Monday and you know what that means! It’s time for Being a Better Writer! And we’ve got a pretty fun topic to go over today.

This brings my feature total to two which is insane when you remember I started writing these things to stop being terrible at writing. Don't believe me? See how long you can last reading my first three fics and then tell me I wasn't terrible.
Well, it seems I ran out of steam and can no longer post another update right now. That's quite alright. With current events, it's going to be tricky to find the proper motivation to write. I did learn a new trick, so a good chunk can be written, though it may still be just a bit prior to everything being done.

Hello readers! Welcome back! It’s another Monday, and bigger still another month! It’s officially April! So, let’s drop some updates before we get into the meat of things. Starting with some real news about Starforge.
I have occasionally heard people assert that I am a good writer. This assertion is not very accurate, but I have enough of an ego not to correct it, most of the time.
I think one explanation for my seeming competence/adequacy is that I am a selective writer. When I write something that is bad, I have enough sense to either immediately shelve it, or post it on an alt.
Thanks to Big Mac, Spike and Discord's O&O sessions, Twilight gets the idea to try training and simulating different scenarios for the Elements of Harmony and their allies to Live Action Role Play. And of course, one of those is What If Twilight Turned Evil?

So I have an idea for a future storyline for Equis Art Online ll, and I wanna run it by you readers first. So, here goes.
Asuna, while at dinner with Kirito and her parents, Asuna's mom recieves a strange phone call. Asuna overhears the word ''adopt'' and ''sister'' and she starts to question what she believes, not knowing her mother is planning to adopt a girl a little younger than Asuna, named Harushi Takamodo.
There's an eternal question throughout the fandom, with many different answers: "What do Ponies do with their poop?" But has anyone tried to make a plot out of it? Well... If they have, I don't know about it. But here's my take on this:

Welcome back readers to another Monday entry of Being a Better Writer! I’ve just got one bit of news to talk about, and then we can cut right to the chase and talk about garbage.

An odd looking alicorn pops into existence in a rather bland, not to mention messy, looking room. A rack of training swords hangs on one wall, next to a futon mat that is rolled out on the floor, a tatty pile of blankets half balled up on top of it, along with some old, flattened pillows.
Okay, so. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Just a little bit, a few weeks or so, not too much.
Was anyone wondering if I’d died? Probably not, that’d be silly, and egotistical (does that have something to do with how I fit into my pants, btw?) and just downright idiotic!
Hey. I don't like blogs that much but I'll do it anyway. So, what kind of stories would you like to see? If you want to you can just PM me and can talk about a plot for a story. It can be about anything that you surggest. Although if I don't like the plot of it or the concept of the story, I am able to say no. I am just thinking about wanting to expand and talk to people with different story types. I think I'm kind of the weird, sad, ship, thing. I don't know. 
Given how many Human in Equestria stories there are, it's inevitable that certain patterns will pop up: Anon the Human, 20-30 years old, who just chills out and often gets laid. You can do this well, but there is so much more you can do with this concept. And while I've seen it a few times, here's a different take on it with Andrew Shepherd as a stand in:
