Just got booked in for UK PonyCon in October, nearly six whole months ahead, yet the hotel (same as last year) wasn’t even £10 less despite getting there two months earlier. Not even offsetting the £8 increase in ticket price. Then there’s the flights and if train prices will be different by then… yep, the worldwide travelling cost spike in the wake of COVID sure isn’t slowing down!

Part of my slowness in writing M.L.G.'s latest chapter is for the usual reasons: tiredness, minor depression, having other things on the mind, that sort of thing. However, in what can only be described as "whimsy", I've recently decided to complete a list of all of the intentional shout-outs and references in the story as of the most recent chapter.

So yeah, I cried to a very interesting story last night. It was a sad one and I actually felt emotion in the story. Normally when I read a sad story, I usually don't cry or get sad because the story is not that sad and it could be the fact that I don't have a soul. However, this story made me feel sad and I actually cried last night to this. I know it's obvious fiction, but still man, it left me concerned.
