Alright, so far I have my main OC fleshed out fairly decently I think. I had posted a background of him some time ago on a thread, explaining his main attributes. But I thought I'd put a little more, since I found my little black notebook with most of his original information intact.
So it turns out I'm not dead. Now that that's out of the way, let's move on.
To most of Equestria, the Bene Sediment are just one more eccentricity in the culture of rock farmers, a peculiar priesthood that propitiates the spirits of metals and minerals to provide bountiful harvests. And for most ponies, their knowledge of them, if they’ve even heard of them, ends there.
Warning: The following blog will contain spoilers for the current incarnation of my story idea. So a friend of mine looked at the story and, you're not going to believe it, there is still some work to be done. The key item he noticed, at its something that flew way over my head, was dialogue variation. Sometimes I suspect that DHX/Hasbro/Equestria has spies in the brony community. Look at all these reaction blogs we got after this last episode. You ever wonder if someone from the show's production reads those for the feedback? It's a good place to find it, if you're in the market for it.
They might not be actual spies, per se, but I totally wouldn't be surprised if at least a few FIMfic accounts belonged to canon operators.
