I may have found my hotel room (on the third try) but Super Trampoline needs some help from someone in the area. See here.

My second con ever was even better than the first for reasons almost entirely unrelated to the con itself.
Well, this was certainly fun. Let’s get started on the run-through; goodness knows there’s plenty to cover.
Hello again, my friends!
I'm posting this to let everyone know, that I will be heading to Everfree Northwest this Thursday, and unfortunately, will NOT have as much time to write while I'm there. But don't worry! Once I'm back, it's back to writing as usual.
Until then, I hope you all have an amazing day!
Thanks!
Should have probably posted sooner, but for those going I'll be at Everfree Northwest. Hope to have a good time seeing some folks for the first time and others after a long while.
Also looking out for any and all Sunny Starscout merch while I'm there, especially after the G5 trailer today.
Not holding a panel, unfortunately, but it's still pretty exciting! This is going to be my very first con and my first flight out of my state on my own. I'm going with a couple of people from EoJ - so this'll also be the first time I'm meeting any of them in person!
I'm nervous even though everything's booked - got my hotel, flight, 3-day badge, the works, aaaaghhhh
Exactly what it says on the tin! If anyone else is going (and if there's any kind of Fimfiction discord meetup group on it~), please let me know. With travel and etc. I likely won't be going to many of these, so I'd love to RL meet as many Fimfic peeps as I can.
Things I wasn't expecting about my trip (as of present) to Seattle:
EDIT: Contest is now closed! Thank you to all the entrants. We'll begin judging tomorrow, and will soon list all the entries so you can read through them as well. Stay tuned!

Hey folks, just wanted to remind you that if you'd like to offer your ponyfic prints at Twilight's Book Nook in August, you've got three weeks left to sign up!
Hi there.
So I haven’t been around much, and been writing even less. There was this little thing called extended unemployment (“funemployment,” but with all the fun bleached out of it.). Which is now, thankfully, behind me.
Hi Everyone, Xepher here. As most of you know, Everfree Northwest took place almost two weeks ago, and we had a fantastic convention. Part of that was the Iron Author contest, where victims contestants were challenged to plan, write, and (if possessing superhuman skill) edit a story in exactly two hours. Entries had to include all three of this year's prompt items: Food, Future, and Facsimile.
So, who's going to Evefree this year? I'm the writing track lead again, and I want to get people involved early this year. So, if you're going and think you might want to be more involved... or just want to know more, let me know!
There's only two weeks left to enter Scribblefest 2016!

I typed this Saturday night, before the flurry of Sunday morning to pack, do a final few activities, and get to the airport in time for my plane, which sadly means I'll miss the closing ceremonies and the Iron Author awards, which'll be really awkward if I win the latter. But I want to take the time now to get down my thoughts, because they need getting down.
Ho boy! Everfree Northwest was this weekend, and it was one of the best, most emotionally exhausting things that I've done in about a year. The last time being last year when I ran the writing track in 2017. I volunteered as the writing track lead again, and then got to have the fun time of spending most of the weekend moderately stressed out while making sure that nothing in Twilight's Writing Room set on fire. Or stayed on fire too long.
Realized I haven't made a declaration of intent for this one yet. Consider this that: Plague permitting, I'll be attending Everfree Northwest this year. Definitely looking forward to seeing familiar names and the faces attached to them.
This is something I've been thinking about for the past couple years, and while chatting with Wanderer D and Corejo at the con last year, I found out they'd been thinking about it too -- so we decided to make it happen.
This year at Everfree Northwest, we'll be running a bookstore booth: Twilight's Book Nook!
