I need to vent. Because I just stumbled over the greatest and biggest absurdity I've ever had to encounter in 33 years on this planet. I have the feeling that I need to write this down to prevent myself from going nuts. That's how bad it is.
RIP My old laptop. My new one isn't completely set up yet and ready for writing, so I've got the old one up one last time. I typed over a million words on this thing, amassed hundreds of memes, bookmarked too many goddamn things, and fumed at poorly written Netflix drivel on this idiot hunk of plastic. I've FINALLY got my new computer all set up and back from it's data transfer. Horse words should resume shortly. Enemy of Mine is certainly my top priority, writing-wise, and I've probably been set back by y'know, not having a computer. However, I might do a quick one shot or two to flex my writing powers, get used to the new keyboard, etc. Highly unlikely to be anything magnificent, but words are nice. Also, I would like to show off something potentially related to new stories.

I’ve been reading essays lately.
I know my audience, believe it or not—I am aware that some of you sneak into my room in the wee hours of night to caress my sleeping angel face and read my diary. For the sake of everybody else in the house, though, I want to explain something: there are two Latin American authors I really, really like.
This is almost a review. It's me telling you to read things and why; that's certainly close enough. Why did I chose the subject of coffee? Well, other than the fact that it is relevant to the things I shall be hurling at you, it is something that people like, apparently.
Considering how much progress I've been making writing the latest one, I wouldn't say it's out of the question. Probably! There's going to be a considerable amount to edit (and I fucking hate editing) and I also won't have much of a chapter buffer after this one goes out... but I dunno. Words are flowing, and the story's been wrangled pretty alright now.
I'd say it is probably gonna happen. Here's to hoping for less time between chapters. 🤞
It's probably been a while, or maybe I'm just too quiet lately. I'm not sure. Either way, let's talk story updates. Even though I can't write in the same way I used to (mostly because I'd need, like, more three of me to keep up with all the shit I want to do in general) I've still been getting stuff done! It may not be three stories updating near-monthly or a hecking bunch of more substantial new one-shots popping out every few weeks, but it's something. Get those below the break!
