Friendship is Magic first impressions review: Not Asking for Trouble (s07e10)

There's not a lot of substance to this one, so a review will be brief. Pinkie visits the yaks during Yakslubert Fest (I hope I spelled that right), a sacred holiday. The day consist of smashing logs, swaying to music, and sleeping.
Ok, so lets start off with some announcements and things...
First, I am going to try and get End of Hope updated tis month. If I can't? Might just take a break from the story for a sec, recharge my batteries and write on the other user for a bit. Got somethings I need to update there as well including a reboot of a certian fic I know people want to see come back.
E3 came and went, with a few things to look forward to down the line. Other than that, it was mostly a show of companies saying, "Remember all those games we showcased last year? Well, they're still coming!"
There's my convention-a-minute breakdown. For the usual nonsense, find that below.
...And I am speechless...
Where to even begin. All I can say that, those people who said that this will be the closest the franchise will get to being a full-blown horror film, were pretty right on the money, with all those claustrophobic sequences with the dinosaurs.
A few scenes were genuinely heart-breaking, terrifying, & comedic, I won't tell you what those scenes are, and I'll avoid telling any spoilers...

Okay, so for those of you who're looking for an excellent read: Touch the Sun by little big pony is well worth the read. Never mind that it's been on the top of the featured list since it first published and is now four chapters in and is likely to be featured long after it's completed, this story is absolutely remarkable for a couple reasons.
List is at 9950 stories on it. Wonder what story 10,000 is going to be. That's a lot of ponyfic people have commented about. I'll probably hit it working on the backlog of reviews, so we'll never know what the *true* 10k milestone is/was I guess.
So how you guys liking the new story? Just something I thought I'd roll with as an outlet to my more random irreverent thoughts. But I'm not talking about that here, as there's something else I like to talk about while it's still fresh on my mind, and that is Pokemon. Pokemon White, to be precise.
Grading Scale:
A (fantastic episode)
A- (an excellent episode with at least one flaw)
B+ (a great episode with a couple of flaws)
B (a good episode which still could have been better)
I love the smell of three day weekends in the evening. Once this post is up, I'm off to seize the day though that will probably amount to hours of video gaming.

Ah, M. Night Shyamalan...
What a director.
From his early smash success with The Sixth Sense, that had him labelled initially as the next Hitchcock or Spielberg...
To the appalling lows of films like Lady in the Water, The Happening... and yes, The Last Airbender. 
I absolutely love a good Christmas story.
Perennial favorites of mine include the classic animated special How the Grinch Stole Christmas! along with other classics like Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and A Charlie Brown Christmas.
On the movie side of things, I'm also a big fan of The Muppet Christmas Carol as well. To me, that's my personal favorite telling of Charles Dickens' iconic story of the holiday.
I'd been meaning to see this movie for quite a few weeks now. I'd have actually gone about two weeks ago, but unfortunately real life bit me hard and held me back from going then.
So I got to go see Christopher Robin with my dad, on Saturday of last week instead.
And the wait was well worth it. 
Pokemon Sun and Moon. How perfect is that for this fandom?
