Hello again! Cloud Dasher here to report what I look forward to doing as the calender turns to a new year
And a fresh start.
So, In an effort to become more proficient with my craft, I have decided to attempt to hold myself to some sort of schedule.
This Schedule is as follows:
Initially when I began to post chapters for Banners of Griffonia, I had hoped to post a new numbered chapter every week uninterrupted. Interludes and other extra chapters would go up during the week, but wouldn't interrupt the regular Saturday schedule.
So yeah, long time no talk to, but I have been the busiest I've ever been over the last few months. I'm back in school which has been taxing, and I also have a night-shift job at my local Circle K that I'm still adjusting to. As a result, I've written maybe a page or two total in the last month. I'm still gonna list my stories as incomplete rather than on hiatus since I'm not officially gonna stop working on them, but my time is gonna be stretched pretty thin for the foreseeable future and I
If you are here then you must be curious of my upload schedule. I will try to keep a steady pace, one or more types of update a week. Note that sometimes I may not be on for a week doing something else, that is all there is to this for now. (This will most likely be updated in the future.)
Since I don't want to go a long time without doing anything, I thought I'd write this blog to give you an idea of what's going on. My priority is to finish watching Season 7 before Season 8 starts, which may or may not be possible, since I've only seen half the season. I also intended to watch every episode of the show before the movie came out, so wish me luck. I am an expert at procrastination. After that, I will work on my Season 5 impressions while continuing to watch Season 2. Ideally,
I hope every had happy holidays in December and enjoyed the latest The Sword that is the Scabbard chapter! Now, on to this month's schedule.
1st Week of January - Undestined Friendship WILL update. (Updated)
2nd Week of January - No Updates
3rd Week of January - Saiyan of Equestria will be updated. (In Progress)
4th Week of January - The Sword that is the Scabbard may be updated.
If you have any questions or comments, please, say them below.
When I finally decided to upload Photo Dash, I naturally had fantasies about it being hugely successful, but my hopes were much more restrained. Now, with it getting a bigger public response than I can really process, I'm just in shock. I've been seeing some repeated questions in the comments, so I figured I'd address a few here for risk of the answers getting buried if I use the comment section.
"When will we get more chapters/what is the update schedule?"
They just aren't. At all.
Not to say Equestria doesn't have nobility* at all, it's just that they aren't an established Thing. They're not a class. You need an actual population of nobility for that, and as of now, there are only seven of them: the four Princesses, Shining Armor, Flurry Heart, and Blueblood. All (except maybe Flurry) have titles and an official status.
Hello everypony, I hope your July is off to a great start, and I want to share my update schedule for this month.
I am working on the final chapter of Suit Pon right now, and it is a long chapter that will
So, I've been thinking a LOT about how I post my stories. The biggest thing, right now? Is I tend to go a kind of 'feast or famine' approach. I'll focus entirely on a story, write write write, until it's done. This works well, in a way. I get a LOT of updates out quickly for a few stories. But, it has caused a few issues.
Let's cut to the chase: I didn't get much of any of my resolutions done. But I got some progress, at least. In review:
At least four month-long programs for mental and physical exercise. Not done, mostly because I can't control my schedule.
Finish one show per month: not done, because the website I relied on for that didn't last very long.
Yeah, not doing the weekly update schedule like I originally planned. I'm much more used to the relaxed schedule I had with Pony-Me where I updated whenever I finished a chapter.
Okay, so the next chapter of Changelings is finished. It will be up on 1st, and I'll try to stick to the originally planned monthly schedule. When I have a Changeling chapter finished, I'll try to write few words of Legacy of Light. I've had time over the past two weeks to set things up, but it looks like work will be hectic from the next Monday onwards, but hey, all that means I'm not about to get fired, right?
I feel like constantly trying to meet a 1-week deadline for new chapters is starting to grind a bit on the quality of what I've been writing. The chapter I wrote last week (not the chapter I posted, just the one I wrote), for example, felt awkward as heck when I first wrote it, and it took multiple days of back-and-forth workshopping between one of my only active prereaders for the story, as well as in I Just Want a Comment's Discord server, for me to fix it.
Hello everyone! I'm only now starting to realise nobody reads these. But that's beside the point. These blogs, actually, any blog with a number in it, will contain a schedule as to current projects, including reviews, because that's something I do now, and because I like to stress myself out with ridiculous deadlines that I will surely fail to meet in a spectacular fashion. Seriously, if I actually keep to this schedule, I will have seriously impressed myself. All joking aside, be assured that
Hey, guys. I have a couple of announcements to make.
Now that I am finished with Mlp season 9 for good, that will be the last time I will be reviewing any MLP content. That means I won't review any more seasons from the show because I want to review other shows out there that I'm actually interested in reviewing such as T.U.F.F Puppy, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Transformers: Prime, the original PowerPuff Girls, Steven Universe, and more.
I'll be alternating between days where I update and days where I don't. It's based off of my school schedule. Days where I can update are also days where I have little to no homework , 'cause my schedule's split into a day of only electives, and a day of only core math, ELA, etc. classes.
So on the days of electives such as yesterday, I'll likely be able to update.
On days like today, where I've come home lugging a pile of homework, I probably won't be able to.
Howdy, folks. If you're still checking in after all this time, I have good news!
No Rest, my first story and the top of my priorities, is planned to have two chapters uploaded every week starting today, Monday, June 21st!
I have three other planned on the back burner that are strictly "when it's done", so keep an eye out for those when they go up!
Other than that, I hope you have a fantastic week, and I'll talk to you again soon!

New chapter for Twilight's Secret Journal and a new koan for The Sound of One Hoof Clopping!
Now let's talk a bit about the State of the Wolf Pony.
